Dr. Mario > Dark Pit > Lucina for me in terms of how the clone additions rank. Doc has the most visual differences and that's damn good for a clone in the time they probably had to make him happen.

I think Doc had a leg up because he was planned for Brawl. His entrance (which is one of the best in the game) and final Smash were probably already designed for Brawl. Which is why he seems more complete and unique compared to Lucina and Dark Pit.

Sorry if this has been asked but I'm in class and wondering if since tony unlocked rob does that mean he got the whole roster? Or is all star still locked?

So, in other news, Master Core looks bananas.


As for three mains...

1) Duck Hunt (Absolutely bonkers.)
2) Greninja (Water Frog Ninja.)
3) Shulk (I'm really feeling this choice.)

Only picking from the newcomers because throwing my old mains (Yoshi, Fox, Wolf RIP, Lucario, Olimar, Meta Knight) into the mix would just be too much.

On the Gema stream, when R.O.B was unlocked the game announced that all characters had been unlocked and that the full all-star mode was unlocked.

And Lucina?

Well, Dr. Mario is just perfect as he's. I wish that viruses make appearances in Final Smash tho.

For Dark Pit, I wish that they would utilized his weapons more.

For Lucina, I have no idea because I haven't really play her game. I kept hearing that people said that Lucina should have Aether. (I don't know why and please don't shoot me for that)

NoRmally I wouldn't care as lngas I get good online, but i might nt have internet for awhile after getting Smash 3DS so I need to sp modes and theres not a lot of good ones to me. Don't get me wrong, I'll still play a ton of SP while I have to possbly wait to get good online but the SP modes are all meh. They took out Break the Targets and event matches which were the best SP modes besides SSE. (Yeah, I liked SSE!)

Angry Bird 2.0 is without a doubt the worst SP mode yet. I hate physics based puzzle-ish games.

But when I get online...I will rejoice. Hopefuly thats day one.

Sanic is better based off my hands on and other impressions.

t was funny going through the scans the other day, and seeing all the different specials. Then you get to Sanic's page and see that his dash is a rolling ball move, and so are 3 of his specials. To a casual fan they probably all look the same, lol.

The Little Mac alts are great. He looks like a blast to play. Probably will be my main because I'm all about the rush down.

But in the gameplay segments, there is both WiiU and 3DS footage?

Haha, giving everyone else a chance against you, right? ;)

I'm excited to find out if any of the custom moves are really worth it. Hopefully people find some cool uses for 'em.

Anyway, my newcomer rankings after just slightly seeing all of the secret ones (1= Most wanted, 14= Not so interested):

1. Bowser Jr. (Somehow managed to turn one of my least favorite Mario characters into my most anticipated. That's cool!)
2. Robin (Loved Awakening, and he looks really good!)
3. Palutena (Loved Uprising, and she looks really good!)
4. Duck Hunt (He looks really cool! I need to see more of him though)
5. Greninja (He's a ninja frog, yo)
6. Villager (Pocket looks cool, I love animal crossing, and love the lazy eyes)
7. Dark Pit (Loved Uprising, and Pit looks like he'll be really good, plus if I win I'm sure I'll enrage some people)
8. Shulk (Don't know anything about the character, but he looks good!)
9. Little Mac (He looks fun, but I hear he's not very good)
10. WiiFit Trainer (She might be fun to play, and I love the idea, but she seems boring now)
11. Lucina (I love her alts, but I hate playing as Marth)
12. Pac-Man (He looks pretty good, but not great I guess)
13. Mega Man (His playstyle hasn't really grabbed me)
14. Rosalina & Luma (I don't have the patience for this)

This was really hard haha.

On that note, it'll be interesting to see how his customizations turn out. Hopefully there's some meaningful differences.

Any impressions of Olimar yet? Really hope he's not limited ttoo much by fewer Pikmin. I'm interested to learn what his custom moves are, too.

I'm disappointed popular requested characters like Mewtwo aren't in, but at the same time Sakurai put in work on unexpected characters like DHD, and went crazy on Alts. Not just recolors, but full new models like the Koopalings.

Bravo.

Jeez there's a lot of reused Brawl music. Half of the stage music seems to come from Brawl. Pictochat 2, despite nominally being a new stage, has zero new music to accompany it. Good gravy the stage roster is just balls to the walls awful.

On another note, did anyone figure out if the Area 6 song from the official site was in the game anywhere? I saw two songs play on Corneria, and neither was the Area 6 theme. Smash Run only, stage song from the Wii U version?

If that Dixie/Mewtwo thing pans out

Should totally have a level 1 Sonic against three of them (Doc, Mewtwo, Dixie) to payback for their cuts from Brawl.

The forbidden 7 will live again! (One is back already! Another is back in name form!)
