well i was pretty sure the ESRB leak was the full build so that's fine. i'm confident that wii u will add further characters for free DLC on release.

in terms of the roster as it is, i'm happy though. i look forward to playing yoshi, duck hunt, bowser jr and all the others.

still bitter about lucas. of the removed characters, i feel he was the most undeserved cut (including ice climbers).

I can't see how anyone could complain about the roster. Although how much cooler and awesome would it have been if mega man, pac-man, palutena and some others weren't revealed so early? It would have been insane hype when the games came out and we found all these awesome secret characters.

The problem is we just have known about these awesome characters for a while now.

honestly i think its just because of the varied tastes everyone has and no matter the roster i think people will find some reason to complain whether its moves/movesets or just franchise representation. Which is why i think its going to be a huge challenge in making a roster for a franchise cross over like smash. I feel like even in the next smash less and less newcomers will come into play because of the amount of work thats added to each one :/

I love Metroid and Donkey Kong. But I'll take new franchise representation over old any day, and this gave us a lot of new franchises. And no, not all my picks got in. Some of my most wanted would've included Isaac, Saki, Ray Mk III, and even Ridley. Yeah some characters I really liked got in. Some characters got in whose series I've never played but they look really cool, fun and interesting so I'm happy to see them

So...who's actually happy with the roster? While I wish we had Chorus Kids and I'm not particularly fond of Lucina, Dr. Mario, Dark Pit, and Bowser Jr. getting in, I'm pretty happy. The positive outshines the negative for me. I got Little Mac, Shulk, Pac-Man, Mega Man, Ness and Sonic return and they're looking good, it's all great stuff. I'm content.

I obviously don't think the roster sucks. I'm just bummed and salty after catching up from the last few days. A ton of characters didn't get in that I wanted, and Falco still has the Landmaster, Ganny's still Falcondorf, Dark Pit is in over Ridley.

I hope that "connect to the Wii U to unlock all the characters thing" is legit, but nothing else was. Just trolls and false hopes. First stage of grief, I guess.

At least we got Lucina. Man... sigh.

I love the roster. Lack of Ice Climbers makes it feel incomplete to me though.
