Thanks, this is handy. I shouldn't be greedy anyway, but I keep looking.Apparently if you were accepted you can go directly to these links and you will see the button labeled as "Invitation Requested" instead of "Invitation Required" which unfortunately I do

Anyone here manage to get one in this wave?
I already have a pre-order from Walshart but I'm kinda surprised I didn't get an invite from Nintendo. I have a launch Switch and an OLED and have a trillion hours played on both. Are they just picking random names?
Once you get the email you have 72 hours before it expires and goes to the next personAnyone know how long the invite lasts before they start the next wave?
I'm not buying through them. I'm just curious how it'll work.
I've seen a screenshot of someone who got the invite and it expired early morning on the 11th. It seems like they're going to give 72 hours for people to make their final decisions.Anyone know how long the invite lasts before they start the next wave?

Same, I did so almost immediately. Been subscribed forever. Buy software a lot.....but I haven't been playing my Switch a lot lately. I think that is why I have not gotten an email yet, but I hope to get one soon!I registered within the hour (maybe half hour?) that supposedly invites went up after the Direct. No email yet, but I'm itching for a chance to get the MKW bundle and Gamecube controller for launch day.
Got an invite and just ordered. I have a preorder in at Target too. I don't see anything about launch day delivery for either one. I'm gonna cancel one and keep whatever one is scheduled to get here closest to launch day.
No email either. Which is fine for me since I have mines paid off at Gamestop. Really only hoping to get a Gamecube controller and maybe a charge gripI registered within the hour (maybe half hour?) that supposedly invites went up after the Direct. Scouring around the internet I've seen maybe 7 people total that claim to have received an invite today. This is completely crazySo we got one US GAF member above who got an invite and noone else? WTF Nintendo
did you send out 10 total emails today??!

I don't have the exact time, but it was probably within a minute or two of the preregister link going live (clicked as soon as Wario64 tweeted it out ). The email invite ended up in my spam folder, came in at 2:10pm EST yesterday. When did you register interest on Nintendo's site?
This should have always been the very last option. I actually got my 1st preorder at Target, then went to Gamestop to secure just in case. I then canceled my Target preorder. Nintendo was always only the last ditch effort if everything else failed.
I got my email from Nintendo yesterday at 4:40pm. Say the link expires 5/11 at 2:40pdt. I'm honestly not sure if I even want it. I guess I'll think about it.
Good luck, everyone.
The Nintendo invite path was a non-starter for me. At this point I think my best odds are picking one up at Microcenter, maybe (assuming they carry it) on launch day because they are immune to bots.
God dammit do I hate you for posting this, but I will fucking admit, this is currently me lol...
Bots will be flooding in from neighboring states, lining up outside Micro Center like it's the Silicon Rapture. You'll spot them right away , all wearing identical cargo shorts or bootcut jeans, stuck in a loop debating DLSS vs FSR, and muttering shit like 'Man, there are a lot of us here', every five minutes. They'll be pinging their network to see which bot secured a Switch at other locations. Pro tip: don't go alone. Bring a friend and blend in by mimicking the bots' conversations, just keep looping whatever shit they are saying. Any deviation, any trace of original thought, and they'll clock you as human and move to terminate your position in line like Agent Smith.
Thanks for the info, I didn't even know Nintendo Canada sold hardware. I registered there too.Apparently if you were accepted you can go directly to these links and you will see the button labeled as "Invitation Requested" instead of "Invitation Required" which unfortunately I do

Same. I got one from my local Gamestop but I'm not sure if I want to keep it after learning 99% of third-party releases will be via Game Key cards. F that shit.I got the Nintendo email invite but now I'm not sure if I want to buy it. I think the hype had gotten to me. Still debating…
