This whole shitshow is having me consider removing 2 or 3 pages from my novel because there's a transnational element to it (albeit it's an actual post-racial society and the concept of any "trans" label as a form of othering doesn't even exist). And damn it I don't over eat like crazy. I can go to chick fil a and get 1500 calories like nothing. And that's just one meal.

Just sat down and ate a Jr bacon cheese and a 99 cent fry. Felt like a toddler. 500 calories in a small bag. Gotta sit and be comfortable with that feeling that you aren't hungry nor are you full. Feel like that cup cake dog.

My problem was binge eating. Once I realized that and stopped, ain't no turning back.
