I prefer Noble Six to both of them. Having watched Nightfall though, I can see the differences between Locke in that show and Spartan Locke.

Chief wasn't that bad, either. I felt like he had such little development because you were supposed to be able to imagine yourself in his shoes. They started to heel-turn on that as the games went on and he started getting his own story. Plus, Chief's pretty much always blindly followed orders. It was a plot point in the first Halo with him following the orders of Guilty Spark, not knowing that he planned to fire the rings. The books give him an identity outside of what the player makes him out to be, and Halo 3 and 4 reflect on that with his relationship with Cortana. He stops being an avatar for the player and starts becoming a character.

Accurate polls in three days? Girl, please. Hillary held her own early. Fumbled like shit in the middle, but recovered and ended well. She seemed most "presidential," whatever that means a year out.

But the thing about A Pimp Named Hillary is that even when she fumbled she hid it well by getting the audience on her side.

I thought I was watching Bishop TD Jakes at several points. Hillary knew better than anyone else on that stage how to rile that audience up.

Hillary would be the most Obama-like president out of the cast. She would inherit his ideologies, and his faults. It remains to be seen how she behaves in the face of negotiation, and dealing with Congress, and messaging to the American people. Hopefully she doesn't face as much vitriol and obstructionism as Obama, but she'll definitely have a rough go of it.

Basically I like Bernie more policy wise, Hillary more as a politician.

I'll tell you what, Hillary better get cracking on that college deal really quick once she's in office. And expand obama's community college program.

I can't take another 8 years of this bullshit. We won and we won't just run over those yippy little dogs like we know they would us because we've watched them do it. They're still trying to reopen and repair shit the Bush fueled God-Justice machine has closed. Science has been set back 50 years because of conservatives trying to set the rule books of reality on fire and replace them with a Bible.

I mean, Ob is my boy but he let congress pee all over his leg and his momma's leg.

I've said this already, but I actually think Hillary would be much more adept than Bernie at pushing her agenda. One thing I've admired about Hillary so far in her campaign is her pragmatism and understanding that, whatever agenda she's trying to push, it's going to have to be "sold" to the other side, which unfortunately still has quite a hold over congress.

Unlike Bernie, who I think is largely still hooking people with pie-in-the-sky dreams.

He didn't let congress do anything, there's nothing he can do about how they act. He started out his first term being too nice to republicans, so democrats complained, then the conservative democrats refused to agree to anything unless he compromised with them. The last few years he has been doing things on his own but since the president isn't a king, there are limits to what he can get done. Liberman and his group of friends messed up the democratic majority, then helped hand it over to the republicans.

The other aspect is Hillary is leading and much more likely to draw a wave election: where people show up in droves. That's a better chance to kick some republicans out. As of today, the excitement will be behind electing the first woman president, not a socialist from the far north east who may not be for gun control and can't excite minorities. Representatives and senators depend on that. Obama got his mandate and pushed Obamacare. Bernie will probably not spark a wave.

He did. He could have dropped so much goddamn fire on their asses they would be afraid to leave their homes let alone do anything like shutdown the government if they wanted to be re-elected. He really did play nice tough but fair. I dream of going chaotic evil on their asses.

I know how congress works, I know how the executive can spur congress to action or panic or worse. I don't Imagine him to be a king like some podunk first time C-Span caller. But I would have had him sock some of these people in the nuts, literally, like LBJ did. "You don't like me? Fine. Have some candy. *Poke* If you don't pass this bill I'm going to sit on your chest until you can't breathe."
