I see a lot of people criticizing the slang in that story. Goes to show how language policing is really just a form of classism.
For a while I've been following this one blog by the Baltimore Sun's copy editor -- an old white dude who's job it is to correct people's writing, and he spends most of his time just laying that out. He makes a lot of posts about how much the English language has evolved over the centuries and how truly fucked-up it is compared to other European languages. Hollywood has really obscured people's idea of how people spoke in previous centuries. This guy also emphasizes the difference between writing in a professional setting and colloquial speech.

I had an ex girlfriend who moved to California for a while and started as an escort, probably ended up tricking as well. Found out when her friend, pissed about some guy they were fighting over, posted her backpage ads on Facebook just like the guy in the story. It wa a huge deal at the time because her mom was a politician and the story ended up in a locaL politics blog.
Posts were removed and she claimed it was all photoshopped but I could tell by tattoos that it was real. She's a mom now and lives in town, tried to hit me up a few times and I've just kept my distance. It's a bit depressing.

One of the reasons was apart from H5, scalebound was the only exclusive i wanted, and at 400 pounds, it was just too expensive for just two games.
I had a couple of other reasons, but those a bit harder (and embarrassing) to explain.

That price in itself is ridiculous. So, fair. I paid less than that with a thrown in warranty on it, and a few titles.
*I cancelled my H5 preorder because I remembered the Master Chief Collection travesty I went through. Gonna wait until it's patched to near perfection before throwing a dime at Microsoft.
