Ohh i forgot to mention this the other day, so if all you already know this, sorry.

Luther series 4 will air on December 15th in the UK, and December 17th US.
Great playing with you as always,
You're always very welcome.
Shy..I think you and Dirt need to be partners grim now on. Results are fantastic.
That's the thing, we weren't partners at all last night.
Where you're from - Buffalo, NY
Where you live - Buffalo, NY
What is your age? - 34
Your cultural heritage, lineage and genealogy - Black culture is celebrated on both my maternal and paternal sides of my family. I'm uncertain of my lineage and genealogy as my father's father is a bit of an unknown. From what I've been told, he's of Italian decent, but I've yet to have this discussion with my grandmother. It's a complicated issue. However, I know I have some Irish (Great great grandmother) and Native/Seneca (Great Grandmother) blood pumping in my veins. Who knows what other genes I have. What I do know is that there's more African in me than anything else lol.
Favorite musical genre - I have a very open-minded view on music, and my eclectic taste reflect that. Hip-hop will always be my first love though.
Your profession/major/career interest - I went to university for Computer Science, but wasn't passionate about it, and presently I have no desire to revisit that industry. I am passionate about people, and I'd like to find something that allows me to work on an interpersonal and/or intimate level with others. For the time being, I've been volunteering at various local non-profit organizations.
Your religious affiliation - Christian
Hobbies - This is difficult for me to answer, as I have diverse hobbies and interests. Video games (of course), Film, Photography, to name a few. Recently, I've contemplated the idea of video blogging. Just seems like a fun and interesting way to connect with others.
KFC, Popeye's, Churches, or Bojangles? - KFC by default. My last visit there I was underwhelmed, and found the chicken to be a bit salty, but I probably would return for a famous bowl or two. It's been a hot minute since I've been to Popeye's, so the flavor of their chicken is lost on me. I do recall enjoying it though. Churches and Bojangles I've never had.
Fun fact - I played some organized hockey in high school -- Actually played a ton of hockey recreationally throughout my youth. I was somewhat of an anomaly given my race and economic background. Kids from my neighborhood didn't take to the sport like I did. I haven't played in ages, but I remain an avid fan (Go Sabres) of the game.
Welcome welcome.. :)

Lot's of new mans over the last few days, i like it.

If I wass about that life I would write a think piece on how Walking Dead shits on black male characters. If was about that life.

Don't forget to mention that

The Only Asian Guy miraculously survives. Clearly the show needs more Asians, because people were going to throw a fit if he really died. Though, I did like that he was one of the few who were getting laid on a regular basis. Break that "Asian guys don't have sex" stereotype!

He doesn't have a "superpower", he's just really, REALLY strong. There's a hypothesis about how he got that strong but that's kind of spoilers and still unconfirmed anyway. But "oh noes there's no tension" is again kind of missing the point I feel. IMO of course.

The chicken scratch version confirms he broke the limits of human strength at the cost of his hair (every animal/creature having a limit they aren't supposed to go past). We also see a new character go through the same process which gives us a better understanding of how it works.

Jussie Smollett is the best. I would legit buy a "Jamal Lyon" concept album.

Also his young sister is cute as hell.

Also, what's up with all the J's in that family? Janet, Joel, Jussie, Jurnee, Jake, Jojo, Jazz, Jocqui.

Wat.

Yeah I enjoy it, but I don't really see how this concept can carry a running series much longer.
Not everything in the story is about him, or about him fighting monsters. It's similar to thinking that Batman couldn't go on forever because Superman could clean up Gotham in a day.

He's not instantly aware of all danger, just big stuff, and stuff happening in close proximity to him.

one Japanese porn company has this series where they send porn stars to America to get fucked by black porn stars. It can get hilariously over the top cause the dudes they get are the grimey c tier of American porn.
I've seen some where they have black female porn stars go to Japan and they try to make that annoying-ass squealing sound and barely pretend that they're enjoying themselves.

So 2017?

Major motion picture? Is this a parody?
I don't ask questions

That dam Koreans react thread has the stupidest Koreans on that YouTube channel. One of the guys is the Korean version of the cloud in smash guy. Also they showed them a Blacked

"japanese games are more realistic and need to be given the care and respect they deserve, it's not like those filthy, rough-and-tumble american games that are constantly getting destroyed by long loading times and getting choked out of launch-day content"

They're mad that it is only 84 on metacritic. Blaming it on the press for being mad at the lack of wining and dining

No matter how many threads on gaming side we have about it, folks will never stop needing outside validation for the games they like.

84 is not even a bad score.

For gamers there is only 95+ and zero.
lol
Exactly.
I don't know when 84 was something to hate on
I'm "looking forward" to the reveal and "Japan keeps fucking up" discussions around

His name is Superalloy Darkshine and I'm going to assume the anime will only introduce him as such, however everyone from bad guys to other heroes call him Darky for short in later arcs. What's worse is he's not even black based on his chicken scratch version origins (he's just a regular Japanese man who tans/gets muscles).

They never will.

Lol aren't the scores pretty good?

What's all this?!

I expected 11/10s for the game, but after looking at both Game Informer and Polygon scores (SEVENS!), I feel like my whole life has been a lie.

As I write this I'm - with so much sadness - cancelling my Xenoblade Chronicles X Limited Edition preorder. I cannot just go and play this game, like if this was The Witchers or Fall Out, this was supposed to be my GOTY, goddammit.. It was going to be my GOTY.

If I enjoyed this game, enjoyed the skels, the vistas, the scope, and took as my GOTY, with these scores, I'd just be big fat hypocrites. I'm not that kind of person, I don't wanna be.

I have to admit I fell to the GAF hype, but that's my fault, as I knew that I shouldn't have trusted Monolith after being bit by The Matrix Online, back in the day.

I need to stop being this naive. Ow, Xenoblade why.

7 is really not a good score in video game reviews, and anyone who follows games media and is honest with himself knows it. 7 is a middling score at best. Just look at the little score distribution chart on OpenCritic. A 70/100 is on the low end of the scale, right where the graph starts to tail off into shame.

Not that I'm saying Polygon's review is unreasonable. I haven't played the damn game. And anyway, the review certainly seems reasonable, does a good job of supporting its conclusion, and the stuff it complains about sure sounds like stuff that would annoy me. I'm not criticizing Polygon.

I think the first one is a parody.

I kinda want to make a thread about Amy Schumer's photo by Annie Leibovitz, but I really don't wanna read the inevitable gross comments.

Then again, could be a honeypot.

In any case, I think we should replace Dunham with Schumer as "the face of feminism"

I think the second post does have somewhat of a point. It feels like the baseline for average games is between 6.5 and 7, when it should actually be a 5.

But still, gamers care way too much about review scores.
To me a 7 is good. No matter what a 7 is the base level for being good. Many above average games would get a 7 from me. A lot of gamers do care too much on reviews. A game gets a 7.5 and people go crazy. Aint normal
