The hardware seems powerful and that intrigues me .
But Watch Dogs and that Capcom game were the only interesting games.
I expect more first party announcements (hopefully good ones) at E3.

The console features sound like a wet dream from an ease of use standpoint. But I'm worried about the price now when I wasn't before, looking at that 8GB of ram.

Maybe if Sony had shown more (like the console), I would've been more hype. Right now, it just feels like they rushed to beat Microsoft. Hell, Watchdogs wasn't even running from a PS4!

GDDR 5, IIRC. Yea, I'm curious as to what the price is going to be. It's not like I'm buying one right out of the gate, but it's probably not going to be low.

Eh, it's next gen, but GAF wants to view it as current gen so I just gave up on that.
We will always have 30fps games, when you have fixed hardware, devs are always going to want to get twice the time to make the game render scenes, squeezing more juice out of the system

Shit will run waaaay more smoother then the ps3 does now, that's for damn sure. The thing is it's expensive as hell. So either they don't give a FUCK and are going out with a bang or someone is offering them a discount rate on it.

It was in engine but definitely not game play. Watch dogs was good, but aside from the textures and particle effects in Killzone it looked so generic. And the wii music clone was so bad.

At the last PAX in 2012 at the Sheraton, if you put that card on your door they slipped a coupon for like 1-2$ off at the Daily Grill (the restuarant attached to them).
So of course my roommate did that walked down there on the last day and stacked all 3-4 days worth to knock the price down for when we went there before we all left
The thing I loved about the Watch Dogs demo is that they took pains to not drop into cover-based shooting like the last demo, showing how you can complete objectives and escape without getting into a firefight. The guy did pull his gun, but he basically just used it as a tool, first to scare the criminal away from the woman and then to take out the police car's tire.
Also, in my mind, this is exactly what a Mr. Terrific video game would play like.
