Even from just a business perspective, I don't get the decision. I highly doubt sales would even recoup localization, packaging, and marketing costs (if they even CAN market), let alone make a profit.

There are MUCH better, non-objectionable NIS games to localize like D2, but for some reason they chose this...

I don't like the idea of using gaming's 'obsession' with ultraviolence to be used as a counterpoint/to justify their child pornography. I see that shit show up too much in threads like those.

That game would be one of the few examples where I do think Censorship should do it's thing, and censor the obvious child porn out. But since it's not doing it well lol

on the plus side it's a good sign that the people who do defend the shit should be people others should disassociate with.

Some art isn't worth defending. Art depicting the sexualization of children (right down to a mode that lets you spank them) and serves no purpose beyond titillation falls pretty squarely in the "not worth defending" category.

Which, admittedly, feels weird to say because I'm all about "live and let live," and letting creators create, and freedom of speech, and all that jazz. But considering that media's main purpose on a basic functional level is communication and the spread of ideas, fuck it. Some ideas don't need to be spread.

Seriously though it's more than likely tape. You wouldn't want to get eyelid surgery if you were an Asian model. It would affect your ability to work for different companies. It's why a lot of Korean actresses use the tape.

I can see the humor, but I don't really appreciate it. I mean, yeah it makes fun of the stupid stereotypes people have about interracial relationships, but some people will be laughing for the wrong reasons.

Learning there's people out there that fetish doing these things to girls that look like 10 year olds is so disturbing. And then want to use excuses that this shit been around for years like that somehow makes it better.

Seeing people defend this shit like it's okay is what blows my fucking mind.

Animated or not, we all know what's the idea here and there's no denying it.

I never really paid attention to avatars. I just knew certain people had their thing and it's convenient to spot them in a large thread.

Them anime cats are definitely feeling some type of way. Thread isn't even about child fetishism anymore, but culture prejudices. And yeah anime does have its stereotypes.
