I don't agree with this at all. I mean, hundreds of years from now when people talk and read about U.S history and events, Obama being elected as president will be discussed and analysed. You are comparing an athlete getting a non-guilty verdict to having the first black president in a country in which you had segregation, and this was just a few decades before.
