Yeah they tell black people they ain't shit, and on the internet women are lower on the totem pull than black people. And black women, well you seen the threads. No lie, that's what I thought too. Shit annoyed the fuck out me. I didn't bring it up, because street harassment is a huge ass problem.
Then I see the assholes trying to bring statistics and shit out of their ass, due to the one video, and it makes you want to flip a table.
A) I've gotten "why so white" shade from both White and Black people, probably in equal amounts or slightly more often from White people. I used to just shrug it off but after awhile I just got tired of hearing it. I think the most recent time I got it was when I was carpooling back from a convention. An acquaintance (Black guy) was driving us back and had the gall to ask me if I was adopted just because of, you guessed it, my articulate speech patterns. On one hand I wanted to punch him in his sorry face. On the other, I didn't want to be part of a 18 car pileup on the freeway so me and the others in the car had to settle for calling him out on the bullshit.
B) I'll be the first to admit I am not at all adept at the art of flirting but its so blatantly obvious that woman in the video was being harassed that I'm stunned there's any debate. Dudes were fucking following her and I think somebody called her $1000 (i.e. code for escort in my mind). Legit disgusting

I just skimmed that thread and am in shock man.
Yeah dudes offering you money and following you is not cool nor is the use of the word damn etc. But I honestly watched that video thinking this was all above board for the most part.

I've bought my last two from Dell Outlook. They're manufacturer refurbished, and the two that I've gotten have looked brand fucking new - and lasted years each. They usually have promotions every few months where you get 20-30% off of the already reduced price. You can get a pretty decent computer for a good price.

Refurbs are the truth. They're all tested, unlike ones that aren't - they test maybe one in ten or something like that. Refurbs are great and I've never had a problem with a refurb computer ever.

I can agree with this, for some reason people try and act funky when they hear Refurb.
But for computers, you're pretty much getting a brand new one for way less.
That does give me flashbacks of when I worked as in store tech support for a store that sold refurbs, the fukkery that happened while I was there...

My friend lost her turtle recently too. His name was Franklin. He had gotten sick and recovered a few times but died suddenly over night the same way. They seem to get sick and it doesn't seem like there is much you can do for them at that point.
