So cool !!
Best new series premiere in recent memory? Getting the origin story started out of series really helped a lot.

I had to pause earlier and now I'm DVR'ing. Fuck I'm 3 minutes behind on S.H.I.E.L.D. Gotta go fast and catch up. See y'all next week and in the other thread. Hopefully.

I don't know whether I found it really awesome or annoying that the show moved as fast as the main character. Barely any building, but plenty of action.

It was a better opener than Arrow though. Plus that trailer for the season really looked badass. I'm down.
 
So now IGN posted a somewhat possible spoiler that the wheelchair doctor maybe
isnt Zoom and possibly booster gold from the future

If they would've had a 2 hour pilot I would've expected more character building, but they only had like 43 minutes

That is some awful speculation from IGN

It's been stated by the showrunners that he is a completely new character.

Oh granted. They certainly packed a metric fuckton in on those 43 minutes too. I just am looking for something where I have some time to appreciate the characters, but given this was the pilot, its barely a quibble. Next week is the real start of the season in my view.

Also, really like the special effects and Barry's suit. Can they keep these FX going, because trailer suggests that they might.

Why would future Barry kill his own Mom and send his innocent Dad to prison?? Not to mention how badly that would fuck with any kind of coherent timeline. A time traveler perhaps, but I don't think future Barry.

Though I will say that his CONVENIENCE in finding and seemingly 'knowing' what happened to Barry is very suspicious.
 
Really good episode! Never been a big follower of the Flash but looking forward to this season perhaps a little more then Arrow.

already? Because that would be awesome.
