After the stewards took points away from Kamui and Sergio for a mendacious, what, 5mm or so in Oz...they can all go toss themselves off a cliff. Whiting wouldn't have been so severe had it been one of the top 4. Perez was outright awesome his first race. What a crock.DrM said:Probably stewards and Charlie went on 'schnapps und bier' tour yesterday and are still drunk
I wonder what the FIA would look right now if Ari Vatanen had won the election.wonderkins said:After the stewards took points away from Kamui and Sergio for a mendacious, what, 5mm or so in Oz...they can all go toss themselves off a cliff. I'm still sore about the penalty given to Schumi at Monaco last year. Or the BS penalty to Fernando at Silverstone, last year, when Whiting dithered around. And all the ring-around-the-rosey with Lewis this year. His driving style hasn't changed (still glorious) yet he probably knows every inch of every stewards' office by now. The FIA officials are only human, yadda-yadd-yadda, but still...
Todt seems a nice guy, awesome at Ferrari but useless as head of the FIA. Both should go away, post haste.
Oh, you're far too cynical.Ark said:It would still have that specific shade of red.
I think Todt is okay so far, but Whiting is losing his marbles. He needs to have a much more narrowly defined role.wonderkins said:After the stewards took points away from Kamui and Sergio for a mendacious, what, 5mm or so in Oz...they can all go toss themselves off a cliff. I wish. No rain expected on Saturday and Sunday.Goldrusher said:The shitty weather we've been having here for almost a month now will finally be put to good use:

Button is quite pleased with the car, this is something new...navanman said:Hamilton going unusually hard at it from the start putting in some quick times.

the Virgins didn't run the test tyres which were quite a bit fasterDrM said:Classic FP1, you can't tell shit from this times.
Well only this, that Virgin is dead ass slow
I will wait until FP3 to see if that is true.navanman said:Massa is putting in good times which means Ferrari are pretty quick and carrying over there Silverstone form IMO.

I thought only Hamilton could challenge Vettel? He was very clear about that.Jinjo said:You know, I'm no Ferrari fan and not in the faintest bit an Alonso enthousiast, but if there's one man who can bring the fight to Red Bull (Vettel), he's it. I actually hope he pulls it off this year. :lol
I kind of do, too. Not counting Webber, obviously. Somehow, in my head, Nando has become less of a cunt with every passing race.Jinjo said:You know, I'm no Ferrari fan and not in the faintest bit an Alonso enthousiast, but if there's one man who can bring the fight to Red Bull (Vettel), he's it. That's right.Jinjo said:Who was clear on that? Hamilton?

Source? Weather report says it will be dry on Sunday, too. Would be funny / sad, I live like an hourlong drive away from the track and it's been raining for weeks (and rain is supposed to continue next week) but this weekend it seems to be dry.DrM said:Also, currently it seems that we will have very wet race. "As long as there is even a small chance you have to put on as much pressure as you can. If we win the next five races, we're back in it," insisted the Briton in Hamburg.

I think we should coun ourselves lucky that Alonso is not in a Red Bull - no one would even get close to him.Jinjo said:You know, I'm no Ferrari fan and not in the faintest bit an Alonso enthousiast, but if there's one man who can bring the fight to Red Bull (Vettel), he's it.
