I won't lie I'm interested in the DC pack too, like some of the other people here I've never owned one and I have heard only good things about it.

Hmm... So, I've been considering offering up my entire Dreamcast collection "to a good home". I don't often go back to older systems so I really don't need it. Been sitting in boxes for a couple years now. Systems worked fine when I put em away. Includes US and Japanese Dreamcasts, ~70 games (US and Import), VMUs, guns, controllers, wheel, keyboard, VGA cable.. on and on and on...

I am not certain I'll do it just yet, BUT if I do, any suggestions on the best way to offer it up to make it kinda fun? What are you guys doing for contests/raffles usually? It would be a one shot takes all as breaking it up would likely turn into a big PITA to keep track of/ship for me. New owner would need to pay shipping though.

If you end up not figuring out anything, just have everyone that quotes your post get entered into a raffle and use a random number generator to pick the winner. but its not very creative:lol . I would just just make everyone do something to get an entrance into the raffle (like maybe type a word that includes both "D" and "C" in it? lame i know:lol ). no more than 1 entry per person imo

Account suicide and starvation don't strike me as fun ways to get it guys. :lol

Thanks to others that offered suggestions. I know Toy Commander, Seaman and one of the Capcom fighters are gone (to a friend a couple years ago) but the rest of the collection is pretty solid. I'll mull over some ideas, see if I can get a accurate list of all the games together and make a final decision.

I'm guessing you'll ship to US only if you decide to do it? I've never had a dreamcast and an NTSC one would be great for 60Hz. but yeah, a man can dream :)

Damn Cool!
I would love to try out the amazing Dreamcast games I missed as a playstation only household.
I have no idea other than a random drawing or avatar/photoshop contest but count me in.

Are you giving away 2 Dreamcasts? If I were you I would just split everything into two bundles and make some sort of raffle. With two bundles you won't have to keep too much track of things. I've been wanting a Dreamcast for a while so I would definitely join in this raffle if thats what you decided to do.

Yes, as mentioned, if I do it it'll be for both a US and Japanese system. Some game duplication as well (VF3, Sega GT etc.) but I won't break it up. I just think it'd be better for the good home to get everything.

Half Life 2 gone to happy Shadowlink :)

Shadowlink, send your email adress you want the serial to, or whatever it is steam sends you by mail :) Steam id only worked with already registered friends.

Just wanted some ideas on a possible giveaway which is why I stressed I hadn't decided. Still, I thought of something that should be interesting to do, fair and help everyone get familiar with the DC game library a bit. :D

What import games do you have? I'd give you money for them, depending on what you've got.

I just have these two to give away for now, but I'll put more up eventually.

I'll give PGR3 to the first person to guess the first car I bought in the game.

Arcade Unplugged goes to whoever can guess which game on the disc is the only one I've played.

I'll ship these for free to anyone in the U.S. I'll ship outside of the U.S. as well, but I'd like to get a couple of bucks to help cover the extra shipping cost.
