American Psycho 2 gets my vote. It started out as a horror movie called 'The Girl Who Wouldn't Die' and the studio thought it'd do better as a sequel to American Psycho. So they added one scene to the movie and it totally destroys the plot/idea behind the first movie. Very few sequels manage to entirely dismantle the point of the original. Oh, and it is really, really bad.
