I'm as in the dark as everybody else about this; can barely even find evidence that said dub exists.
Apparently there was something for Cartoon Network Philippines? Managed to find a short clip.

Luckily my father was kind enough to help out with bills so I'm covered for a few months, so I was "allowed" to get myself an "early birthday present"
Ordered MG Freedom 2.0 off of HLJ. And some Gundam Markers from Amazon (to avoid dealing with customs if I had gotten them from HLJ).
Turns out this will be my 20th MG (and a 2.0 of my first MG). And probably my last kit for a while until I find work.

Actually have one of those for my HG Kampfer Amazing; still need to pick up a light unit for it to make it really A-Meijin.
Also, I finished working on the decals for the Nu Gundam's shield. I fucked up the sticker for the warning text near the top of the thing, so I'll have to replace it with a different sticker that has duplicates on the sheet.

I had planned to get that and the AGE-1 Glansa, just never got around to it.
I was gunna buy all of them in MG form. It's sad they scraped AGE 3 and FX.

These aren't combo packs; the Blu Ray release doesn't include a DVD version.

Compelling discussion even if Banagher kind of got over the "killed a person" thing kind of fast, though maybe thats because it was mainly the point of the episode. The time with the discussion at the dinner table witk Tikva and Marida. Banagher seems to come to life with everyone other than Audrey honestly. I hope we learn more on Marida soon too.
Angelo being emotional was fun too, hopefully he can let Banagher make amends for the wrong he already committed.
Next mission from ECOAS (they never even said what this meant) I hope wont kill all the people in Palau.

Goddess that design is hideous.Bandai released the MG Freedom 2.0 and that itself looks amazing. But Dragon Momoko is also making a MG Strike Noir 2.0...
Fuck gunpla is really testing me this year...

So I started SEED Destiny and there's a blonde masked man with the same voice as a blonde character that clearly died in SEED. Clearly died. As in, the wreckage of his mobile suit floated around in space along with his bloodied helmet. So there's no possible way they can say he lived through that, right? Koyasu voices a lot of Gundam characters, so it's possible, right?
Also, there's a bunch of Zakus everywhere as well. And somehow Athrun is going by a pseudonym when I assume people in his own homeland should be able to recognize the son of their former Chairman....
And Char's voice is as recognizable as ever.

SEED Special Edition 3 removed the helmet from that scene. These compilation movies were also made before DESTINY.

The heads of the seed characters are so low cost. Temptes to irder.

I checked a JP wiki and it looks like there are 5 chapters in total. But after chapter 2 the chapters look to be twice as long. I've only just gotten to chapter 3 myself, but I would say from the looks of things it's probably < 10 hours long if you're just going through the story stages without any grinding. But customization is totally time consuming in the game, so that can take hours if you're into that.

Sthesia had to happen eventually after the recent events in EX A.
Gonna requote to remind everyone that no matter how much you think a certain gundam series is garbage and terrible, there is always Gundam EX A.
Okay so Gundam EX A is basically a series of Gundam manga that ties in even further than Turn A does where all the parallel timelines are adjacent to one another and in EX A the universes converge and the characters interact making it "canon" in that sense because humans have started to stagnate as a civilization and is starting to break itself apart. So they make something called the General Answer plan to fix all that.
Like you'd think this would be kind of okay because you get to see all your favorite Gundam characters fight each other canon like in the EXVS game, Kira Yamato vs Banagher Links Vs Heero Yuy.
So this is Sthesia Awar, she's an AI called a Holo-Actor. She works as the navigator for the protagonist Leo Alloy and they're both really thirsty for one another even though she has no real physical body but can manifest her consciousness in one.
But she isn't the only Sthesia and there are multiple Sthesia being used as AI navigators across the series.
However there is another group of alternate universe Sthesia called Dark Sthesia full of batshit crazy versions with real physical bodies piloting their own gundam.
They all exhibit different personalities parallel to the real Sthesia so Nono is a sadist, Acht is the hothead tsundere, Sesto is the gloomy one, and Primo is the happy childish one who has some connection to Elpeo Ple and falls in love with Leo.
They all pilot their own versions of Extreme Gundam and seek to alter the GA plan for their own goals. They function as bosses in the EXVS game too and they have their own batshit crazy dialogue there too.
If you thought Frozen Teardrop was bad stupid... This is a whole different level of stupid.
Nothing has killed my brain cells even more than following Gundam EX A and the EXVS games.
It's not even just that, this is the stuff that the Dark Sthesia pilots and what's even better is that that shit isn't even their fucking final form.
The Dark Sthesia have the Extreme System like Leo does and they can power up their Gundam and turn their hair golden like Super Saiyajin too.
I'm dying from how stupid this is. it is hilarious.

While I'm also not the biggest fan of Seed it still had a few good units like the full armor Duel Gundam.
Duel Assault Shroud is great.
I also love Blue Frame L Revise and Stargazer is interesting.

Biggest problem I had with Seed when it was over were two things. A ton of great mech design wasted in a sub par show, and a ton of great names wasted along with it.
As much as I want to like Calamity Gundam... it's just a off green gundam with two Blastoise cannons on it. Not even the most powerful type in the series...

I'm playing Stellaris and trying to recreate Char's Zeon.
Unfortunately I'm not familiar enough with Zeon philosophy to determine its ethos. The race creator lets me choose from:
Militarist vs Pacifist
Spiritual vs Materialist
Collectivist vs Individualist
Xenophile vs Xenophobe
Either side has two ranks so you can be Militarist or Fanatic Militarist, for example. And you can't be Militarist and Pacifist at the same time.
So Militarist (cause gundam) and Spiritual (cause Newtypes) seems obvious. I'd think Collectivist would be compatible with Newtype ideals of empathy but then again the exultation of Newtypes is very individualist. Xenophobia/philia has to deal with how you treat other alien races and isn't really relevant to Zeon thought I think.
