Yeah, it looks sick because it's a recast of the sick Metal Build Strike Freedom.

Also Hi Res Metal is weird. It's a pre-constructed frame, but you cut out the armor pieces and attach them to the underlying skeleton. I haven't heard any reports on how durable the Barbatos one is, but it's expensive as heck.

Pretty heavy redesign, keeping a few things from EW/FT while ditching others and changing even more.

Not bad overall.

Not sure about hands and forward shoulder plates. Chest is super chunky which I hate but I'll still buy it.

Need to see it recolor ed in Wing Colors as it may look better that way.

Gundam Seed Destiny Episode 43

Why is Kira and co after the Chairman when Djibirl seems like the one to target, he just fired that laser to cause two of the colonies to collide and many people to be sucked into outer space. I hope Ray and Shinn can convince Athrun to at least reconsider his allegiances.

When they say much higher they mean it.

It will cost more to get the 1/100 Hi Res Zero then a Perfect Grade 78-2 or Zaku 2.

In all likely hood it will be cheaper to get PG Zero then Hi ReZ Zero.

bandai got a market for everything from figures to kits and everything in between.

i'd rather get metal builds as display and collectible. those hi resolution, high in price and no resale value. either go kits and build for fun... or figures to collect. it makes no sense to get a kit like that. unless it's cost effective poor man assembly figures to save money, but it's not. i'm not sure who these are marketed too,

Kira is after the Chairman the entire time after getting involved with the war because they put a hit on Lacus. By episode 43 Athrun has already been nearly executed by ZAFT, namely one Shinn Asuka so I really doubt they'd convince him of anything.

I have to caution this.

Wing Zero PG at least in my opinion is the worst PG and has horrid design.

So until we get the HI ReZ I'd say hold off on the PG.

MG is great though :)

I just dont want them all fighting each other again, destiny will be ruined if we really dont get Shinn, Athrun, Kira on the same side in these last seven episodes :(

PG Wing Zero isn't very good for sure, but it doesn't have the god awful proportions of PG 00 nor does it disintegrate like PG Strike Freedom. It's pretty hard to pick a worst of those 3.

DTL has tried to defend AGE as having good female characters despite its absolute disgusting treatment of women and turning them into either plot points quickly discarded or baby making machines.

There is no rhyme or reason behind DTL's logic.

Tbf, it's treatment of women is no worse than its treatment of anyone else. Everything in CE is very one dimensional, and serving the plot beats. No one has a coherent character or meaningful arc.

Eh don't agree with this really.

I thought AGE handled some side characters amazingly well like Woolf and the story arc with the AGE system while cheesy was still better then a Gundam having a nuke in its core.

Agreed on CE aside from Athrun and Lacus in SEED.

I don't mean in the franchise. There are tons of well written women in Gundam. Marbet, SayLa, Loux, etc. But no one in seed is written well

Fram Nara was really good in gAGE and lets not forget the creator's gave her essentially the 2nd best mobile suit in all of gAGE even better than Zehearto's suit and only bested by Gundam FX [Burst]. To imply she was not treated right by the creators is pure fiction.

Considering what I've read about his thoughts regarding Killua he's pretty wide off the mark actually. Granted I don't read a lot of the Toonami impressions about HxH. Regarding best broship Gon x Killua that's DTL's fetish and Togashi did a very good job writing that friendship.

I think it's about time I got myself a RX-72 guys. Was debating between that or the Aile Strike. Which MG OG Gundam would you guys recommend since there is a... 3.0? and a MG Origins version. -shrug- to knowing the difference.

I still think it's the best looking Barbatos out of the box. Bit expensive though. And be careful when bending the waist. There's a 6th form on the way from P-Bandai which looks really nice but again thats expensive.
