I used to trade in games when I was a teen. I regret it now. Wish I could go back and play those games but I can't find them now-a-days. I'm also a collector, sort of. Different strokes I guess.

I am, but I never got around to playing through my copy. It makes too much sense for me to do.
That's why you trade in the disc and keep the steelbook. That's what I did. It's not like GS refuses games if they aren't in the case.
normally I'm with you, but buying the PS4 version of The Last of Us really does make your PS3 copy quite redundant. Why not trade it in?

As tempting as the Gamespot deal is, I think I'll keep my PS3 copy. That steel case is too awesome to trade in.

Listen, why you gotta hate? I mean have you tried it? Dont knock it till you try it. When this game hits, buy 2 copies, one for your ass and one for the PS4. Now the next step is important. Set your PS4 near you and crouch down. Then drop your knickers and quickly slide in the disks in your ass and PS4 and let the delicious disks thrusting begin. You're gonna love it.
