Alright guys, this is it... the last and greatest tournament of the decade!

The event will be held over the course of one single day,

Wednesday December 30th starting at 9:30PM EST/6:30PM PST

This is the official thread where results will be posted and signups will be made. Sign Ups will close the day of the event at 9PM EST/6PM PST. All the matches will be organized over an IRC Channel that will be posted soon so everything flows quickly.

This is a tournament for XBL/PSN and GFW players!. Obviously each one has its respective brackets.

Rules

Rules
1. 16 or 32 players allowed, depends on how many people sign up and appear on fight day.
2. No characters are banned!
3. Double Elimination tournament
4. Rounds: Best 3 out of 5.
5. Best of 3 matches. (Win 2 out of 3)
6. Seeding is random.
7. If the game disconnects, resume next fight with same amount of rounds won.
8. You are limited to the two characters you sign up with!
9. You have to be in the IRC Channel while the event proceeds unless you lose or if you are DQed.

Chun-Li is a really fun character. I picked her up last week and after almost playing Abel exclusively since launch, it's refreshing to use someone with normals that aren't complete shit.
