I'm happy for Nintendo, they made a risky bet with new Zelda by focusing on it 100% I wouldn't have dared.

I think that must a mechanic since I saw some other player who tried to protect themself but the laser went through the shield.

I legitimately lol'd at this one. That jaunty little "Fuck you!" kick is incredible.
I cannot stop watching videos of this game, it's just gorgeous in motion. The new gameplay mechanics are fantastic, really change upthe Zelda formula for the better. It has got me pretty hyped to see what Nintendo can do with the NX. This is definitely going to sell some systems.

From what I've seen that should be possible. Drop a remote bomb. Get a good run or jump from an incline, switch to the shield and try to detonate before you get to low. The higher you're able to drop from the better I think. You might not be able to get enough clearance just jumping from the ground in order to get on the shield and detonate.

I just realized that this will probably be the least glitchy open world game of all time. That is amazing to think about given all the things you can do in the game. Can you imagine Mario Club trying to test this game?

The LoD is kind of odd, a lot of pop in, but even at that distance you see the reflection of the shooting star in the water.

If NX isn't launching with Zelda, the game launching with NX would have to be MIGHTY good.
Because it looks very dated? Don't get me wrong, the game looks fun and it's very flexible, but it does look outdated at a glance (especially when placed side by side with Horizon, which people for some reason feel compelled to use for comparisons)
