is there any way to get rid of the purple sludge, or should I just forget about it and keep playing the game? I'm at a tower covered in the stuff

where do I get FLUDD

Using attack up elixers and bomb arrows I was able to take down the enemy camp right infront of the Muwo Jeem Shrine in the very southern tip of Necluda. Those guys were super over levelled compared to me, with 26 attack broad swords that would kill me in one hit so I had to be super careful.

And what did I get for my trouble: A soldiers spear with attack 7. Uhh ok lol. Well the three 26 attack broadswords are a better prize...

Just finished my first dungeon, the
Zora one

Yeah, that was VERY disappointing. Finished it in 20 min without a single death. I'm adoring this game... it's fantastic. But these dungeons are definitely the weakest part of the game, by a lot. Yikes.
If you didn't like the elephant you won't like
the other bosses

I love the humor in this game

I like the shrines. Fun little quick puzzles. Haven't done one of the four main dungeons yet.

They remind me of Portal rooms. Everything in this game is just damn good.

yeah!

really weird how all the reviews didn't talk about the dungeons because it was "spoilers". like what.

On the topic of inventory management... I don't think it's as bad once you get the controls down. However, there's room for improvement. If Nintendo could make it so we could drop weapons by clicking the right stick in while we're holding the D-Pad left or right while going through our weapons it would be so much better. I'm looking forward to see what they do to support Breath of the Wild in the future.

Can anyone tell me there thoughts on the official deluxe guide? Amazon messed up my preorder for the extra limited edition collectors one so now I just want to get the regular deluxe edition or even standard guide if they make it...

Also is the hardcover worth the extra $10 bucks?

Much love & gratitude.

I like them because they are so short. I usually despise dungeons in games but here they are pretty good.

I also finished one of the dungeons and... It's different.

They're like big shrines with multiple puzzles.

They're fine, but definitely not the strongest part of the game or best in the series.

walk in the balls where they are positioned is the solution for the other peak, and vice versa

Better get some paper lol

If only the game provided you with some tool that allowed you to capture images and view them at will rather than having to transcribe them on paper yourself :p

Is it just me, or is the
Rito
section really short?

I got to Rito Village, talked to a few people, made my way to the Flight Range and now I'm already in Vah Medoh
.

I really wish the map updated with things you'd seen.

I spoke to a goddess statie in Hetana and for the love of god I wasted a half an hour trying to find it again a few hours later.

The difficulty of combat has been largely overstated. Enemies have dramatic and obvious tells and there is a generous amount of room to dodge most attacks.

I wonder if stuff like that is considered the "map improvements" in the first DLC release. ..which isn't coming out for a few months.

What's the last item in the move action list in the system menu? That's the last I'm missing. :(

Can someone please check the menu (+ and then the system tab where you also save. There the last item in the menu shows you control actions. What is the last one?)

Why didn't you mark it? The map updates with place names but individual stuff is on you.

Read at your own risk
Some players reported there're maze in this game, no, I'm talking not about the shrines. Aounoma did talked about them briefly in one video.

So I wonder if that's what that giant Azkaban-looking thing I saw in the Northwest part of the map.

Cool
labyrinth
shrine north of akalla tech place, you can get
a cool helmet that powers you up during combat and is upgraded using a lynel horn
but
lynel
is freaking strong

I just received a shrine quest called The crowned Beast. This sounds like some damn interesting stuff. The shrine can't be entered yet though. Hopefully I can solve it myself without needing help, haha.

Anyone know what those
3 giant metal boxes
are for in Batrea lake? Messed around with them for a little bit but nothing seemed to happen.

this game makes getting wrecked an adventure

slight enemy spoilers inbound.

So I am climbing a mountain , when I am suddenly attacked by a
giant rock monster
, I am low on arrows or anything so I run like a coward. Motherfucker chases me all over the mountain. I finally get away...only to get headbutted by a ram and ragdoll to my death.

Its hard out there for a hero.
