Well I disassembled it completely and cleand it.
Reassembled it and every thing worked fine.
The gamecube always had some disc reading errors so I tried to clean the lens with a q-tip and alcohol.
After the cleaning it wouldn't read any disk
So I did a little research and found it has to be the laser!

One gamecube is a working one of a friend. With this crazy "building" I let the other gamecube read the disc and my one spin.
And yes my gmecube started to spin.
So after that I looked at the lens and saw this:

My lens became cloudy
Is that moisture or oil? Or is the laser pitting up the lens? In the worst case, you can buy a busted up GC for parts off eBay or Goodwill and just swap the whole disk assembly.
