Finally bought a new PSP, but then pushed the demon onto someone else. Jesus.
The PC version is pretty scalable. I'm here in my office playing SFIV on a meager Dell D630.
awesome...time to get it on steam?DaCocoBrova said:The PC version is pretty scalable. I'm here in my office playing SFIV on a meager Dell D630.

I lied, no
I also get a "live is not avaiable with current gamer profile" bullshit whenever I quit arcade mode. So lame.

Ysiadmihi said:Try setting a static IP at least. I have had zero connection issues so far. In fact, the only game I came across that was unplayable was vs a guy who had his settings cranked way too high for his PC :lol

rise888 said:weird, I ran the benchmark tool and it gave me "D" on a dell E6400, what settings are you using?
Grifter said:You can't take the online mode seriously, unless that's all you get to play. There's a noticeable (and variable) difference and if you play a reactionary style (and Abel has to weave around with precision), you're at a disadvantage.
It's funny reading over this thread. Some people are complaining about lag tactics when their games are based heavily on lag shenanigans.

Spiderjericho said:Ugh. Yesterday was my birthday. So I came home and decided to drink a few beers (six). And man, I got a tremendous headache. It was really affecting my game. I only managed to win one championship and a runner up. I was losing to 2000GP opponents because I was being retarded.

Much much easier.prodystopian said:How difficult is it to play as Akuma? I know Viper can be nasty, but she requires some pretty serious execution. Is Akuma similar or is he easier to get into?

BotoxAgent said:yeah, Akuma feels pretty easy at first, but mastering his setups and resets is very tricky and risky, esp. with his low health.
GrayFoxPL said:How the fuck did I get 2% disconnect stat?
I never rage quit, even if my head was on fire.
Sometimes the connection to opponent breaks but I thought it's a desync issue for both players and doesn't count.
FindMyFarms said:Yeah, the execution on those gives you a bunch of 1-3 frame windows. Akuma has a LOT of bitchy links and karas, whereas Viper is a bunch of qcf's, tk's, motion based stuff.
Hey, I'm at 0% as well.MIMIC said:I think I'm the only person on Live with a 0% disconnect rate :lol

I'm still at zero, but I've had a ton of people rage quite on me in the last few days.... in player matches. :/ Wonder if it counts those. Anyone get a non-zero % soley by others disconnecting on you?_dementia said:Hey, I'm at 0% as well.

Ah ok, didn't know that - he's definitely so much easier to play in the beginning compared to Viper.FindMyFarms said:Yeah, the execution on those gives you a bunch of 1-3 frame windows. Akuma has a LOT of bitchy links and karas, whereas Viper is a bunch of qcf's, tk's, motion based stuff.
