I fought 2 flowchart Ryu's and 2 flowchart Ken's in a row last night, and they all ragequitted on me. Fuckin' hate those guys who just jump back and forth throwing fireballs and trying to do the whiffed lp shoryuken into hp shoryuken online shenanigans, so terrible :lol

I at least got to Play a solid boxer player, such a hard matchup for Cammy :-(

On some real talk, people still suck like that online? I thought all of those players would have quit by now.

and yeah if boxer plays a good defensive game vs cammy, all I gotta say is good luck

Yes, jumping flowchart Ryu and Ken's are just a joke to fight against. lp Fireball and lp srk's all day. I guess in their eyes they see it as they have skill.

I love playing these Gief's online. I just jump back with fierce with my Rog. It stops their lariat and piledriver attempts. Then I send a message, "get that shit out of here!" :lol

Anyway....you guys ever have a night where you get completely wasted playing SFIV online? I had one of those nights last weekend. After the wife & kid went to bed, I played some SpecOps in MW2 for about an 1hr before putting in SFIV. I figured I'd get in a few matches before calling it a night.

3hrs, about 8 beers and a couple shots of JD (for good measure) later, I was still playing SFIV...and fucking loving it. Only after nearly spilling my drink on a smoke ( :D ) break did I realize it was time to call it a night. Rough morning after since I had the day off and had to watch the kid.

10 months after launch and this game still rocks. Bring on SUPER

Why limit yourselves to one pronunciation? Say Reeyou in civilized discussion and RYE-YOU in the middle of tournament hype. It's way easier to say it the OG American way when you need to say it loudly over crowd noise.

Yeah, I mess it up if I'm not playing often. To me, some characters in this game take quite a bit of maintenance and getting even a bit rusty totally changes the flow of a match.

I was wearing my house shoes and when I touched my TE, there was a static shock. I immediatedly took off my house shoes and checked to see if everything was cool...thankfully yes.

Pretty badass. I recognize all of those names, so it seems that fighting games is starting to not be just East vs. West anymore.

Finally got a fightstick thanks to Black Friday. Man, it's really like going back to step one since my right hand needs more time to remember where the buttons are, which results in missed pokes/combos and a dead Chun Li. :lol
