If I had to guess, we'll hear a lot of "What!?" "Look at the damage!" and...um...stuff. I don't know if I'd want to get on the mic to talk. Maybe I will. 26 more days though.

i don't play online against random people /gaffers but chillin in a lobby with my real friends and shootin the shit between matches is fantastic. keeping in touch in the years post -college ftw.

The Gen stuff is funny because I think I remember Ono saying how he wanted to keep the characters basically the same playwise but tweak small things like damage and stuff when balancing. He used Sagat as an example how he can still do most of his shit he just now hits with the force of a wet noodle. And then you look at the Gen aftermath.

haunts, you said you had difficulty with makotos karakusa into fierce, would you say its comparable or harder than fei's command throw into fierce?

since dash, command throw, fierce, rekka has the same inputs as dash, karakusa, fierce, hayate i figured i could practice it with fei.

its pretty easy, it was the Samsung TV we were playing on messed up my timing until later in the night. I think Feis is harder.

I have no problems finding good matches on PC. Even at 2AM I can still find G1 and 3k+ ranked matched with 3-4 bars.

I kind of took a break from SF4 in January and recently got back into it and the PC version seems more active than ever tbh. That will surely change when SSF4 hits though.

Bolded is bullcrap.

Also, regular shoryuken (not lp version though, I think) is two hits now so it's more hits than vanilla srk (except EX srk).

Edit - Oh and Focus Attack + Ultra 2 = Monstrous damage.

I'm gonna get my ass beat hard when SSF4 drops. I've been cold turkey on SF4 since friggin' September. Timing will be off, from what I've read my main Gen was gimped and my wannabe 2nd main, Makoto, struggles as well. Fun times coming indeed. T. Hawk will be my redemption. Hopefully.

tanden makes for a much better super in concept tho.

especially since its basically a free move at any point in a combo.

You can also do fireball xx fadc -> u2 supposedly, like Ken.
