For me, the variant didn't show up until after the tweet, maybe 30 seconds after I saw the reg. Not sure why, but because of that I had little chance. Failed on the stagger too.

Whatever that second print is Mockingbird, I'd like it too.

I don't know if I can take my prints in the beginning with me (most likely eventually over time since my move to Japan is something I'm planning to be more permanent, so it'll go post-JET), but that Kiki would look nice in my first place over there to start. =)

I can ship it to Japan, so no worries. Being in Japan, you might even be able to get it signed by the artist.

Fancy poster gaf, since I just found out that I'm moving to Japan on January 28 I am now in panic mode to get things done. So how and what should I do with my fancy posters for storage before I eventually come back to take them to me? Currently they are all framed.

If these framed ones are all archival, can't you leave them framed and in storage some place? Like your parents'?

Definitely do not leave them rolled in a tube.

I would highly recommend not taking any with you to Japan nor having any shipped there until you find a permanent place.

That's pretty much the idea with the storage, and I don't really trust family right now since uhh they sometimes have the tendency to just dump or throw things away. :/

Haha, thanks. I think it definitely helps that I have no idea how to buy prints from Mondo. It's all a big mystery to me.

Also, this week is the best week ever in terms of print. I got a printer's proof of Steve Purcell's Tales of Monkey Island piece as well as a free Moss LeChuck print! Now the question is, how do I frame the 5x5? I heard people got frames at Target?

Haha I used to post my negative views on EB but I don't post there any more, so I do it here now. I'm actually not trying to troll when I say stuff, I'm just being honest. I mean I guess it's okay, but it's nowhere near as good as his other stuff and it's not something I'd lose my shit over.

Shooting for the reg Horkey seems like the details show up better. With 505 dropping hopefully it takes longer than 5 sec to sell out. Although I'm not holding my breath if anyone is adding up the total value of the drop 100k in posters will sell out in less than a minute. Pretty insane!

not sure why you'd expect this run to be any different with horkey not getting a huge chunk.... plus this time you can buy one or the other, not just limited to one.

I'm using the Mondo gift card strat for the first time for this drop. Hopefully it pans out because this poster is easily in the top five for me this year. I friggin love it.
