No spoiling of an actual good show like Amazing Race in this thread please.

So Survivor and Apprentice are both kinda sucky this season, and one way to maintain interest is to spoil yourself. Then it becomes not about what happens, but HOW it happens. I know I'm more interested to watch the outcomes of both shows now that i know (but again, ain't no way I want Amazing Race spoiled. It is sooo much better than Survivor or Apprentice)

so anyway, down to business:

I got them from Television without Pity, which linked to a guy who has spoiled the boot of every single Survivor so far, so it seems legit. I got the Apprentice one from the same site, although this one seems less concrete (but likely given the editing).
