Hendricks will fight him a lot better than Diaz did. Hendricks is a much better wrestler/grappler and has a heck of a lot more power.
That's what I'm expecting. GSP is a damn good wrestler but so was Chael Sonnen. I'd expect Silva to go in there and beat his ass to tell ya the truth.

Hendricks may have the best shot out of everyone in the division due to his wrestling experience and ability to knock guys out on the feet. Could be an interesting fight.
I question how well Hendricks' TDD will hold up against GSP, though. Guys have definitely been able to take him down before. As I recall, Story, Pierce, and Koscheck were all able to get him down.

Yep. Hendricks has t-rex arms. GSP has a 7 inch reach on him.
Hendricks is a better grappler than KOS. Hendricks could have went to the Olympics if he didn't choose to do MMA.

GSP is on another level though. Those guys can't hang with him, especially guys like Hendricks that aren't particularly well rounded.
Yeah that kind of went out the window when his wrestling got so good that he realized he can smother dudes without even attempting to finish on the ground, he never has to put himself in any sort of bad spot because his wrestling is just that good. He sort of tried to finish Hardy, but otherwise has been content to not try it. There's no reason to try subs that can be reversed when you are in no danger of losing your top position.

I think GSP Hendricks would be a good fight...they're both so explosive. Hendricks would have to take GSP out quick tho, everyone saw how tired he got tonight after not even two rounds.

Sounds an awful lot like "Condit is the superior technical striker. He'll pick him apart" and "Does Hendricks actually have good wrestling?" The two biggest anti-Hendricks criticisms before the fight.

Condit was the superior striker. Hendricks won because Carlos' TDD is shit and Hendricks took him down at will. How does that have any bearing on a poetnetial GSP fight?

If I were GSP I wouldn't want any part of Siva either. He knows his only chance is to pin silva down except that Silva can actually do damage from the bottom and threten with triangles. I honestly think whoever Georges fights next has a psychological advantage over him because of all the pressure he's facing (and continue to face after this fight) for not finishing.

Hendricks is one of the best college wrestlers of the last 15 years. You guys are underrating Hendricks' wrestling. He isn't as good as mixing up striking and wrestling as GSP, but if Hendricks is in full wrestling mode GSP will have a hell of a time.

Nope. Condit's striking didn't surpass Hendricks until the last round. Hendricks hit with more effective striking in the first two rounds.

Yeah he needs to work on his conditioning. No way he goes 5 rounds with GSP.
Well that and the legacy. Most wins, etc. Anderson will eventually retire and GSP is still pretty young.
C'mon at some point your pride has to kick in and you have to care. GSP knows exactly what the fans have been whispering about him for a while now

Knee Surgery's don't tend to last. You have to tack on extra years for that. Eventually someone will hammer away at his knee and donezo.

He doesn't care. It's been the same song and dance for the last few years.
I don't think Hendricks would be able to throw them against Georges like he did tonight. He was able to keep,pushing forward because he didn't have to worry about the takedown. I'm pretty sure Gsp would be able to take him down too so even though he's an enticing matchup in theory I think gsp beat him pretty easily
Good point I'm surprised though because he still seems to have a lot of his explosion which is typically something that goes away after a big knee surgery.

Hendricks has a Matt Serra chance at finishing GSP..since I don't think GSP chin is that good anyways.
