The 'thug is done these games. Peaked for tour de ski but even then he was confirmed over the hill. Swedes fastest times by far though, don't know what that means for the semis.

I don't think he's over the hill necessarily, but the virus he had seems to have ruined his season. Hopefully he can come back.

He was sick for a long time at the start of the season, can't expect him to have a great season when he's lost that much training. (his time was better than winners in other heats)

So how many Americans here are resorting to CBC's coverage to watch the Olympics? Just read some articles this morning of how god awful NBC's coverage still is.

For those who don't know, over here in Canada they're streaming every event for free plus CBC is broadcasting live from Sochi all day. And you can also get a live stream of what they are broadcasting on CBC as well.

the quality of the video for their online stuff has been really good so far its just behind a little bit and the commentators are all terrible.

I don't know how the television broadcast has been though but i'd say their online has improved
