Unfortunately im inclined to agree. The film is a tour de force as far as pacing up until old Jeff Bridges shows up... after that, it never recovers.

The trailer for Tron Legacy was oh so good, I would say it is up there with The Phantom Menace teaser (you know the one). It was difficult watching the film after seeing such an excellent trailer. If there is another, hopefully it will pickup after Tron Uprising, that world was very well detailed and had a concise story that I remember finished with a bit of a cliffhanger.

The teaser trailer for tron legacy was a masterpiece. The movie itself is visually breathtaking. The soundtrack, legendary (Rinzler is just an incredible theme). The story could've been better. Definitely deserve another shot though.
Hope at least Kingdom hearts will do it more proper justice.
