I know you can buy PSN cards at retail for associated values, and I also know you can directly purchase content with a credit card. My question is; can one add 'funds' to their PSN account without buying a retail card, instead with a credit/debit card, and if so are they restricted to specific value blocks (eg: $25, $50, etc), or can they add any amount they chose?
Pretty sure if you attempt to buy an item with zero cash in your 'psn wallet' and you have a credit card linked to your account it will only subtract the amount of the item. Might be something about purchases having to be minimum $10. Can't remember exactly.
