Can you back up 3DS data by plugging the SD card into a computer and just copying the files?
I just picked up Virtue's Last Reward and fear the save file corruption glitch
I don't know if we have a thread for "games that are like X", so I'm posting here.
I've been playing that Neverwinter MMO a bit lately. The combat is fun, the exploration is fun, the dungeons are neat, the depth is there...Also, I really loved the combat of TERA and Guild Wars 2.
The problem? These are all MMO's.
Are there any single-player PC games that have that MMO feel (in terms of scope, combat, etc), that aren't Diablo/PoE/Sacred/etc?
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning comes to mind. It very much feels like playing a MMO.
Quick question here, just got myself a of Mario 25th anniversary for the Wii from amazon and its supposed to be brand new. Is the box supposed to be sealed completely or just that seal lip? Want to make sure I didn't get screwed here..
Anyone...?
Is it American? I got one brand new here in New Zealand and there were not seals on it at all.
Ok, I figure this is as good a place to post this as any!
So, I won an Xbox One through a Canadian contest.
Yaaaaaaaaay!!!!
I need some advice though.
I wasn't planning on buying either console for the next couple years at least. But I was certainly leaning strong in the PS4 camp.
I also recently built a PC that will play all multiplats for the next couple of years at higher settings than either console.
I certainly don't mean to look a gift horse in the mouth, but should I sell the xb1 and buy a ps4 with the money?
That's the console I was planning on buying eventually. And it looks like XB1 is being listed for around $700 on CL in my city, so I could buy a ps4 when it's in stock and have cash to spare. Though, the XB1 will probably only ship after Christmas, so it might not go for quite that much by then.
Or... I could keep the console and proceed with my original plan of getting a ps4 later, have both consoles and just enjoy my good luck
A very happy dilemma to be sure! Just thought I'd run it by you guys. Any advice would be appreciated!
Yeah its american, the box itself isn't wrapped with the plastic wrap but it has a lip seal on the edges. I thought the whole thing was going to be sealed with plastic I might be wrong.
Anyone...?
Just a guess that seems normal for US stuff to me. I don't think I've seen a console box shrinkwrapped or otherwise fully sealed before. Hope that helps!
Oh ok thanks budJust the lip is sealed.
Its actually the game not console but I think you might be right, searched unboxing vids on YouTube and it doesn't seem to be shipped shrinkwrapped.
Thanks for the help!Ah okay that makes more sense. Just looking at a couple of eBay auctions for new ones, they just have the sticker seal over the lip, so you are most likely fine![]()
when it comes to game releases componies always talk about Q1,Q2,Q3 or Q4. So when exactly do they start. Which period is Q1 exactly, anybody knows?
Is GOW acention a continuation or not of GOW3
Is the significance of 60 FPS only in the fact that it works better with a monitor's refresh rate than, say, 40 FPS? When G-sync comes along and the refresh rate is based on the framerate, might that lead to a trend of aiming for 40-50 FPS with higher graphics instead, or will 60 still be the goal?
GoW: Ascension is a prequel to the original series
Just started playing Xenogears on my Vita. Why do people say its "doesnt hold up well after all these years"? I"m personally LOVING it so far.
Does Dragon Age II require the Exiled Prince DLC to platinum? They're not marked with a + on the trophies screen and that's kind of bullcrap if it is..
No, The Exiled Prince DLC is not required to achieve the platinum.
I've only played Uncharted 1 and Golden Abyss (each for about 2 hours before getting tired of them)
Each game consisted of climbing on things, swinging from ropes, and shooting bad guys in scripted set peices, in repetitive looking environments.
So I have 2 questions.
Are 2+3 like these games at all?
And why do most people put 2 on their greatest games of all time list. Doesn't GAF hate these kinds of games?
I'm really trying to see the magic here, but these games just seem like generic TPS with some exploration and I have no idea why they are so praised.

Also, I have another question.
I REALLY don't feel like paying upwards of $40 for a copy of Lunar Silver Star Story on the PS1,
so is the PSP version (Harmony) worth it? Does it do the working designs version justice?
You mean this one? It contains some minor spoilers. Try beating the game a couple of times before using it.Anyone know how spoilery the Gamefaqs Ending Flowchart for 999 is?
Quoting for the new page.
Yes, they have good graphics for consoles and better shooting.Quoting for the new page.
