I couldn't draw the slight tilting of the head and taco that is necessary to keep your toppings, but yes, you're correct.

Edit: my whole point was that if you push on the shell so you bite both sides at the same angle, less shell breaks off. As opposed to just holding it and biting it. Works for me...I love me some Mexican food, it's my bio.
 
Does anyone remember the name of the lawyer who went on Fox and destroyed Hannity or one of those guys during the legalizing gay marriage fight in california?

I think he was also the lawyer in the case, althoug I'm not sure
 
Is there a way to get Twitter text message updates/alerts sent to a Google voice number?

I have a few set up to catch advance movie screening passes as soon as they become available, and it works great, but it comes with a pretty big load of throwaway texts that I'd love to move from my cell plan over to Voice, but my GV number never gets the initial call-and-response with Twitter.

Not thread worthy, but just left urgent care and found I've had tonsillitis for a week or so (thought it was a cold/flu, very wrong). Im on Penicilin starting today, but im in a lot of pain and tylenol isn't helping. What im wondering is how long after I start taking meds should this pain begin to diminish. Thank you.

Why do most/all bathroom doors open into the bathroom? You can push a door open without touching it, but you can't do the same when pulling it. So why is it that the side where you NEED to touch the handle comes AFTER you wash your hands and want them to stay clean?

If you have a bacterial infection, taking antibiotics should help very quickly. Although they don't actually help with the symptoms, they'll kill the bacteria which should make you feel better soon - you'll probably feel much better by tomorrow. But keep taking painkillers as well.

I've never actually had tonsillitis, or any other bacterial infection for that matter, so I'm only going my anecdotal evidence of my friends, and my amazing microbiology skills.

Because if you open a door into a hallway you can smack it into someone or block their path. Same reason bedrooms open inwards and apartment entrances open inwards.
 
A month or so ago I overhauled my PC. Along with the usual hardware upgrades, I finally decided to let go of XP and go for Windows 7.

I'm the only one who uses this computer, and Im sick of it asking "BUT ARE YOU SURE?" every time I try to run any software it deems suss or risky for no specified reason. You know, the little shield pops up asks you if you want to run the program.

Is there a way I can turn this crap off?

Disable UAC. I think you still get some pop ups every time though (are you sure you want to do that? really? really? click "100% sure with a cherry on top" please)

Windows 7 is like an overprotective mom, though I can see why.

Yup.

Press start, type in UAC and click the 'Change User Account Settings' option. Change it to Never notify me.

First thing I did with Windows 7.

edit: You should see no more pop ups after that

Before I aimless search the internet for a blonde girl I thought it would be worth asking if anyone knows her name already so I can call his bluff!

If I buy a gift subscription to Netflix does that person have to put in their card information in order to start it? I am wanting to buy my mom a subscription but she hates putting her information into the internets.
 
Stupid domain name question.

I am looking to register a domain name that I can: 1. use as an email, 2. use to access my home computer when I am away (things like ftp, vnc, xbmc managment, etc.), and 3. maybe move my wordpress site to (if I start using it again).

Where is a good place to register my domain with? Do I need to pay for additional services to accomplish what I want? I know wordpress can transfer to my domain for like $12 a year, but I am unsure of what else I would need to do for the other stuff.

There's a dog that comes around my house and starts fighting with my dogs. It's larger than mine and he can't fight off the other one. He always ends up bloody when their fights are over. I've got an old BB gun that I've had since I was about 12 years old. What would be a good type of pellet to use on that other dog? I want to shoot it a few times and hurt it enough that it'll know not to come around anymore.

It's my uncle's dog and he's done far worse than that. He's killed and given away several of my dogs in the past. If I could get away with it and no one would find out who did it, I would kill it.
 
How do you single/double space a SPECIFIC paragraph in Word? My paper is double-spaced, but I want to single space the quotes I have in there, but everytime I highlight it and try to single space it, it ends up changing the entire paper.

I'm not trying to be cruel to it. I'm just tired of my poor dog always ended up bloody and barely able to move after the fights. That dog will back my dog as close to my house as it can get it and he can't even get away from it.

Talk to your uncle, tell him you're gonna call the cops if he doesn't control his dog. If he doesn't comply, call the cops.

But a month before that, you want to plant an agent inside the police station. Someone who's got the license to kill.

Arrange the call so that he comes instead of some other patrol. Tell him to carry bacon in a pocket.

The rest will play out by itself, and you're in the clear.

That won't do anything. He and his whole side of the family hates my dad. They won't listen to anything we have to say. They only time they even talk to us is when they want something.

I don't know if they still produce it this way, but my HP HDX and other higher end HP's used watercooling in combination with standard fans. I have used this for about 3 years as a desktop replacement doing graphics intensive creative work and gaming without problems.
 
I'm using the iOS secondapps thingy for GAF. I keep numerous pages open for multiple threads, but fairly often when I return to one of the tabs the page updates and it puts me at the bottom or top of the page, instead of where I left off. Am I doing something wrong? Is this a result of how I close out Safari, the toggling between tabs, etc? Or is this typical behavior?
