Yeah, i know, i guess im just worried about how much sunscreen will actually protect me? Will i not get burned at all ? I usually dont use sun screen at all, some im not familiar with it. And should i bring a bottle with me and just reapply it a lot? im planning on at least 8 hours in the sun..

Oh, I see. Bring the bottle with you, reapply every few hours. Maybe a little more often if you're sweating a lot.

I was posting from my phone, through secondapps (which is fantastic, I have to say). Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to write in the title line when posting through secondapps, so that's why there's no summary for my previous post.

I just got a text message saying, "this is *****'s dad, to everyone in his contacts I am sadly informing that my son has died in a car accident Tuesday night and this phone number will be shut off."

My issue is that this person is not in my contacts so I have no idea who it is.

So GAF, how do I find out who this person is?
 
Is there a facebook group for gaf to chat in? I only found a wall to like which isn't helping much :)

Does your country not have phone number services you can call or look up online for this sort of thing? There are like 10 different places in Sweden where I can check up on the owner of a phone number (in most cases).

Uh, isn't the name in the text message? Call the number back that the text message was sent from. Facebook search (or wall posts from mutual friends). Local obituaries...
 
Yeah the name is in there. Its obviously someone that I'm not very close with. Since no one is talking about it on Facebook, I can only assume its some kind of hoax.
 
Been away from GAF for several weeks, checked out a thread in which people were stating we could no longer talk about sex, tobacco, weed or alcohol. None of pertained to the actual thread so I didn't want to derail by bringing it up.

So what the fuck is going on? Is this real life?

I would not do it by e-mail. However, a phone call should work to set an effective and get the wheels in motion. Be a smidge contrite about it, then deliver the letter on Monday. After the talk on the phone, I guess an email wouldn't be too bad.

Tomorrow would be a good time since they can get the process going to start looking come Monday.
 
If my antivirus is up to date, same with Malware Bytes yet they both yield no threat to my computer, but I know there is something wrong whats the next step? Like when I search for something in Google and click the result it takes me to some bullshit websites, but if I 'right click' open in a new tab, it opens the desired site no problem.

This happened on my mom's computer (She trusts everything).

I googled the particular website issue and there was a solution. Mine involved updating Malware Bytes though, but there were other options
 
When something is due "no later than July 15", does that mean It's ok to hand something in the day of? Or would it be due the latest at July 14, 11:59 p.m?

$1378 for the Bob Ross dvd box set of 30 some seasons? Happy little trees don't come cheap. Throw in some happy little clouds and the bonus footage of Peapod the Pocket Squirrel and the price will only go higher.
 
So GAF, I'm was in Akihabara earlier today and I bought two used figures from Sofmap. Later on, I saw the exact same two figures (also used) being sold for a lot less. My question is do they resell the figures according to the condition they are in? As in, are the more expensive used figures are in better shape than the less expensive figures? I looked at both but they seemed very similar to me. Would it be wise for me to return the first two figures?

What is the best word to describe the taste of a radish? I mean, I know what they taste like, but I'm not sure how to describe them. They have a heat to them, however, they aren't really spicy. Not sweet or salty. Slightly bitter, I guess. What is the proper word to use to describe that heat?

Limited Editions? This just sounds nuts. Maybe he gouged them for the rights to make the DVDs a long time ago.
 
Is anyone familiar with "AdWords" or other keyword finders? I just had a 2nd job interview and the manager's decision is between me and one other person. He gave us both a task to come up with good key phrases that will help market a particular destination on the company's website. Any advice on this from people who have used this tool before would be greatly appreciated.

Superior, titanium drivers don't bend during your drive so your movement is more precise and in place with the entire movement of your body because it's hitting the ball right in the moment your shoulders are in the axe of your arms and the ball.

With a lower quality drivers, it will bend during your drive, resulting a laps between the moment your shoulder axing the ball and the drivers actually hitting it, because of the bending, so you loose precision.

I don't know your level of playing thought and I don't really know the impact of this, compared to real technique.
 
So my lappy always worked perfectly when connected through HDMI to my tv but since yesterday the audio goes in and out randomly and it's driving me nuts! I've tried everything to solve the problem!

software-wise I tried to:
-unistall and reistall the ati hdmi audio driver
-system restore
-restored my tv audio setting to default

hardware wise I tried to:
-use another hdmi cable
-use a different port
-use a different tv

but the problem always shows up :/
so what do I do gaf?

Thank you very much. I'm a newbie so the effect perhaps won't make a huge difference. Now another question:

Is it theoretically possible for the president to win the election by a single vote?

Yes. In fact, it possible to win with less votes than the challenger.
