Looks really fun, but I just cant bring myself to pay that import price.. waiting for one of those sales that gets posted for imports frequently.

It can be found for a little cheaper on eBay than from most import sites I've found. However, like I said, I'll probably wait until I get to Japan to pick up my copy (and likely a couple copies for friends too). After seeing those videos though, it's gonna be a lonnnnng wait. A few of those songs are totally stuck in my head.

Not likely. The Play-Asia discounts are on games that didn't move as well as they were expected to, or for games that have a large overstock. You won't find any place having such trouble with Ouendan.

A winner is you!

Oh and demi, I believe that was the Ready Steady Go level with the insane intro right? Yea, that's probably my only criticism of the game: the fact that you can't skip intros.

Strap in some good quality head/earphone and you'll love this game even more...
I was suprised by the sound quality, even though it's not perfect CD.
DS speakers can't do justice. :lol

The stage with the song "Melody" when you are carrying the shrine and trying to win the girl is probably my favorite rhythm game stage ever. Ouendan gives you the feeling of being part of the music like no other game in the genre.

Um yeah... you need to play Daigassou Band Brothers, cuz you're actually playing instruments.

band brothers was kind of bad, a friend of mine imported it and it was much harder to figure out how to play and it was just nintendo music instead of catchy J-pop.. I guess some may prefer it.

Oendan is pretty awesome though, though I'm not exactly the greatest at it, I finished it on easy and still have 3 levels to go on normal for goshsakes.
