Came here to say this. Love this pitch.
Its actually going to be closer to Shutter Island where Christopher Robin is actually insane, totally out of his mind and saw things like talking animals. His adult life was only possible once he escaped his delusions and he seemingly has his act together but his family is falling apart. Cue the return of the talking yellow bear who loves honey, the depressed donkey and the Tiger on meth. In the end it turns out they were real animals and he was just sneaking into a zoo during his insane ramblings.
