What would winning a major do for his personal life? The dude wants his wife, kids, and family life back. Dude, he's putting down $350 million for her. This isn't for the sake of a major.

So assuming she isn't some greedy bitch who is going to divorce him later just to get the money, I don't see anything wrong with this. She asked for a $350 million anti-cheating clause. If that stacks with the $200 million, it means that she will get $550 million of his $600 million if he cheats again. He's ready to sign because he's adamant that he's done with cheating.
If she tries to "push him to cheat" or some other nonsense, he can just divorce her and walk away from the $200 million.
