Off the top of my head,
Ending 10 - Towards start of Arrancar arc, has a petals in the wind motif
Ending 25 - Toward end of Arrancar arc, Ichigo running, shows montage of characters
Ending 28 - The one that recapped the series through 13 different versions. Linked is just one of them.
EDIT: Ending 20 - For the Zanpakuto Rebellion filler arc. It had some neat visuals.
EDIT: You know, it's funny going through these EDs and noting the random lackey fights they showcase, like in the link in the post above. I completely forgot about most of those guys!

Is it? I always got the sense that physical age decreases as one ages, but looking at some of the progression from flashbacks (Byakuya for example) adolescence and adulthood move at different paces.

That'd be great. Kubo didn't have the balls to do that though. I'm disappointed. I would've done it in a heart beat. As a big fuck you to all the fans, maybe the last panel could be Aizen killing everyone and finishing with thrusting his sword into Ichigo.
What a missed opportunity.

Tite should try doing comedy, I've always enjoyed the quiet moments after the fights. (Or were they good only in small doses? Dunno)
It's the ending we deserve. It really would've changed my mind about Bleach. It would've gone from a once good now shitty manga into an almost brilliant one. I wanted something similar to Aizen telling Ichigo he orchestrated his ENTIRE LIFE. Aizen was so fucking amazing.
Kubo or Shonen should have really pushed for bringing the anime back if the manga ending was rushed.
Naruto's final villain story setup was also rushed (albeit is much less worse than what happened with Ywach), but the anime had a couple of filler episodes about explaining the villian's backstory which were great and shed more light on what was missing in the manga.

Ah, I remember when I had the OPs and EDs memorized by number. Good times.
I really liked Tousen. His backstory and eventual downfall made sense and was pretty poetic.
There weren't a lot of good characters in Bleach, just a lot of good designs. Tousen was one of the good characters though. He had an arch that didn't center around a god damn power increase.

Tousen was the first of many black characters that look cool at first to only become grotesque animalistic monsters. Fuck Kubo. Especially for the ape Quincy named "Jerome."
Judging before the reactions, this took more balls. Heck, people in this thread were hoping for an Aizen end before the spoilers came out.
Supposedly the Clamp group has gone pretty hard on fucking you all.

Someone posted a joke ending a few weeks back where he said that the good guys win and someone tells ichigo something along the lines of "yay we did it ichigo!" And ichigo goes "what was that?", then the one that said yay slowly starts to melt away to reveal its actually aizen, everyone is dead on the ground and aizen tells ichigo "i said bankai" before landing the final strike on ichigo, the end. That ending honest to god would have been so fucking cool

Right. Last page could be Ichigo sees everyone dead, and it ends with Aizen saying 'Bankai'.
