Glad I was around to see the end of Bleach. Gives me solace that the end of the manga was just as bad as most of the manga. Things went to the shitter real fast after SS.

Principate

Saint Titanfall
Wow wooooooooooow, that was even worse than the spoiler. Not only did Kubo not explain shit he added more unexplained shit. I'm actualy astounded. Not a single fuck was given about the quality of this ending

Why would Aizen allow himself to be placed back in a chair. Is he really going to serve his sentence and be released like nothing happened?

Chapter gave me a little bit of the feels because well its the end of a series, a series I used to adore and love and talk about with friends and then became something I shake my head reading.

So basically every plot hook for this arc that was actually interesting gets awkwardly swept aside for a time-skip "babies ever after" ending.

Jesus Christ.

What the fuck was the Soul King? Why did he have special eyes?
What was Aizen so angry about?
Why can't any of the Vizords have a fight without embarrassing themselves?
What was Ichibe "sorry" to Ichigo and company about? Why was he so sure Yhwach couldn't be defeated?
Who were those random two rookie Shinigamis that were literally the first thing we saw when this arc started?
What about Ichigo's "normal" friends back in Karakura town?
What about Ginjo's revelation that Ukitake created the Substitute Shinigami program and possibly had shady motives?
What was Ichigo's sister doing with Urahara?
What's the deal with Urahara? (This could be an entire section on its own.)
Why does Chad exist? I legitimately feel sorry for him as a character. His entire arc was wanting to catch up to Ichigo and be able to fight and contribute on a comparable level, and he never even got close. His final battle was against some random fodder and it didn't even happen on-screen.
Why did Shunsui imply that Ichigo would never be able to return home to his friends?
Why did Isshin know the Final Getsuga Tensho?
What the fuck was Yachiru? I guess we're just supposed to assume she was a personified Zanpakuto, sort of like Stark and Lillynette, but she had her OWN Zanpakuto and Shikai, and she was still around watching Kenpachi fight after he'd released Nozarashi. We...just never see her again.
What were the Shikais, Bankais, or even just Zanpakuto of like, 50% of the cast?
What are Orihime's powers? We went through the whole Fullbring arc without a confirmation she was a Fullbringer, but she never actually did anything besides her little shields and her plot-convenience-healing. Weren't her powers supposed to have deity-level implications?
Was there ANY fucking point to Yoruichi suddenly having a little brother? This actually happened to Omeada, too, come to think of it. Did he ever even hint at having a little sister before he suddenly had one as a plot device to protect? And then...neither of them were ever seen again, either. Hell, did Soi Fon's fight with the robot dude ever actually even finish?

Seriously, this arc ran for more than 4 years and just about nothing actually happened, and some of the stuff that DID happen was absolute bullshit.

Remember the zombie girl? Remember how Hitsugaya was fucking DEAD and zombified? Wow, what balls on Kubo, taking one of the most popular characters and killing him off while also making him a technical antagonist - oh, no, wait, Mayuri will fix it with the magical medical-afterlife-healing pods he's been hiding just off screen for like 30 chapters. (Which also heal the previously totally unforseen Quincy Schrift Zombification, by the way.) Oh hey, Is that Frankenstein Kira over there? Mayuri did it! Don't even get me started on what a bizarre metaphysical concept zombies in the afterlife are.

Did Uryu ever actually have a plan? The "Antithesis" was such an incredibly specific and convenient power for him to pull out of nowhere, but then Haschwalth hints that he could weaponize it against Yhwach somehow and Uryu is totally shocked by the idea. So, was he actually on Yhwach's side? Did he just think him so overwhelmingly powerful that there was no choice but to follow him? How had he never even spent a moment thinking on how he might be able to use his abilities? And then, the plan that he actually ends up going with is something he couldn't have possibly seen coming or planned for. (His father passing along the Deus Ex Arrowhead.) What was Uryu even DOING the entire time!?

This series ran for almost exactly 15 years, and we don't even know, like, the motivations or intentions of the two biggest villians, Aizen and Yhwach.

What an absolute joke.
I totally agree with you, but wasn't Jump who forced Kubo to end Bleach in one month or something like that? I'm pretty sure he didn't want to make things this rushed.

Well, it's finally over.
I can finally get off Kubo Tite's wild ride that inched towards the last stop that's been in sight for a good 4 years or so.

Kubo with the final troll. It's not a good ending, but it is a Kubo ending and worth a laugh.

Still though, no Yoruichi, Urahara or Isshin? That's the only part that really sucks.

Aizen just chillin in the chair, making everyone believe it's not all his bankai and that it's not all going according to keikaku. Well played sir.

We're free. All of us. Together.

Since it's now Hiyori's place, isn't it the implication that Urahara and the others died against death dude?

Pie and Beans

Look for me on the local news, I'll be the guy arrested for trying to burn down a Nintendo exec's house.
So is Ichigo's kid the new Soul King? Thats the only way the ending makes any sense. The final panel should have been that reveal but nope!

THE WILD RIDE: ENDS.

THE WILD RIDE: ENDS.

I think it's definitely a possibility. Either that or
Kazui is literally so OP that he finished off the series' final villain without even realizing it because he was just curious about the black hole in the wall.

I didn't specially like the last final years of Naruto but seeing a manga I have been reading for so long end still felt special.

Here I felt nothing
See Kubo... When your final arc is so absolutely rushed and bad I don't really care about you opening up the doors to a sequel someday. And with so many plot holes and stuff left to show and explain I'm not sure that creating more questions for then finale is the right move

Still weird to see this end, but luckily I lost any actual interest in it like 10 years ago. So many manga out there that are better, following this actively would have been a waste.

Sorta but not really. Unless you assume Ichigo's dead dad, is also dead...
Nah. Ichigo's dad and Ishida's dad are probably fine. They're probably on some odd couple-esque vacation with each other that we'll never see.

But everyone who faced the Death Quincy are likely dead: Urahara, Yoruichi, Yoruichi's brother, Grimjaw and Nel.

It's over? It's finally over.

Man I wish I could say it ended well (I actually thought Naruto did despite plot holes and what not) but that ending was absolutely terrible not because the content itself (I always did like Ichigo and Orihime pairing despite her lack of personality) but because it felt like it didn't really earn this ending. There are way to many questions left unanswered, to many characters that were never developed, and in general it was just written very very poorly with little thought put into pretty much any of the story. Blame jump for ending it early or blame Kubo for just not giving a fuck but when you have a storyline go on for this fucking long people do want shit to be explained and things that seemed simple enough to answer were never even attempted to be touched.

Bleach is just a shit manga and no one should ever read it.

What a disappointing ending. It was bound to be... There was no way it could have been satisfying. So Kubo should at least have had the decency to give us a troll ending instead. Something stupid and memorable instead of... this.

Well hey, we still got One Piece and Berserk. We can help those stay good, right?

...right?

We still got Jojo's Bizarre Adventure too and that's always good too :)

It was heavily implied that Urahara and Yoruichi died along with Askin. The only thing Kubo actually did right.

Urahara dead, Aizen alive. Justice delivered.

Nel shows up to save them and we never hear from any of them again. I'm going to assume they lived because it's the only thing Nel got to do in the past....five years? More?

I had to check the receipts because who would even remember at this point. Nel goes in to save them and then they get dumped into the boat of forgotten plotlines.

Wish I had just stopped reading years ago

This ending is such a piece of shit .
It's good i stop caring about bleach long ago .
This is what happens when you taking forever in a arc and then you have to finish in a short amount of chapters .

It's shitty that Kubo forgot about them, but the whole point of that scene was to show that Urahara had a backup plan to get them outta there. Still weird to show Hisagi instead of them though.

I expected a disaster, so it was actually fine given the rushed context. Aizen's speech was great, not exactly original but it helps a lot in this mess.

Sad about Ishida not having time for his friends. Looks like his life is lonely. Good to see Keigo at the end, I missed Kon, Urahara, Yoruichi and Grimmjow in this ending, hope they aren't dead.

I stopped reading in the Arrancar arc. Then waiting a year or two. Read a synopsis. And continued at near the end of the full bring arc and into this arc.

I stopped about a year. And read the last 10 chapters after reading another synopsis.

I'm just filled with disappointment but if I'd been a constant reader I'd have been in despair.

They're all on a hot springs vacation with Isshin and Ryuken. I assume. Who can say.

Wasn't expecting anything and yet Kubo continued to disappoint. So many plots unanswered leaves a sour taste in the mouth.

At least with this we are free of Bleach. Finally. Kubo really needs to evaluate how to write a good series before he tries to do something new again.

I like the design of the kids and their final interaction I almost hope for a series starring them written by not Kubo that just focuses on the two of them going to school and fighting hollow as kids.

Honestly? Same. While I think this last arc was terrible, this chapter is ok. Kubo is fine with none battle stuff.
Lol at Yuzu going after her nephew.

I feel vey little. Makes me kind of sad I went from really liking the series to just dropping it during the last arc. Man when Naruto ended I was emotional as hell.

I love endings that leave everything to the imagination. Urahara and Yoruichi have a kid too. A kid shinigami that looks like a cat.

eh...it is not even bad

they are grown up and have kids, and it has a lame recall to the way ichigo and rukia met

don't think we really deserved more, after reading this bad manga for so long
