Not very. Typically just find some artwork, fit into the regular banner size, and layer the logo over it.

The part that takes longest is finding artwork that fits (aka vertically oriented art doesn't fit into a banner well). I sometimes try to be relevant to the current airing, and at least for the endless shounen (the current OP has Ichigo with his Fullbring, Sasori picture for Shipudden, Enies Lobby art for One Piece)

I also don't change out /all/ artworks /every/ month.

We don't know the power level of the Ultron clones in the MCU. Hawkeye and Widow took out a bunch of Chitauri grunts without much difficulty in the first movie.
