I think Soul Eater and FMA are both pretty Shonen

Dude what? The last two arcs (King Piccolo and 23rd Budokai) were probably the highlights of the entire franchise. Watch them!
Dragon Ball power tiers:
Goku > Piccolo > Kami > Tien > Yajirobe > everyone else.
Well, actually, yajirobe probably ends up being surpassed by krillin and maybe yamcha by the 23rd.

Yajirobe actually being equals with Goku at one point will never get old.
He saved Goku's life in the Saiyan arc.
Was it ever explained why he can't fly when frikkin' Videl can?
Well no one trained him, where as Gohan taught Videl to fly?
Also, Mr. Satan is afraid of bullets, Goku in DB Ep1 could survive a bullet.
Even the 21st Tenkaichi Budokai would have been too much for Mr. Satan

It's amazing what happens when just the slim chance of something Dragon Ball appears.
As much as people hate the longer running shows, I think that's what they are gunning for right now because if you're going to spend the money, and it's limited as it is, why not go after longer shows with some history of success?
Not moving as fast on my OP watch as other folks, the Meowban Brothers are about to fight Zoro for me. But I can't shake the mental image of Edward Elric singing the theme, with Al playing the drums or something. Mustang's on the horn.

You could argue plot takes priority over...um, plot.
That said, HSOTD was a guilty pleasure and I'd love to watch it alongside Toonami-GAF.

I liked the dub, watched it on netflix last summer
I know some people in here still live with their parents (I am one of those people), so imagine a family member seeing that vast amont of plot. A true bonding moment could occur, a growth in one's social link with their poppa, momma, sista, or bro.

Maybe Toonami can finally replace a Bebop time slot with Kai (well, it probably would be Soul Eater taking that place).

I'm leaning towards not airing it at the moment. Much like how Adult Swim isn't Ghost in the Shell at the moment.
Unless there's a press release out there stating Nickelodeon has dropped the show for good.
