There is one boss in Dante's Inferno, but sharing that one might get me reported to the moderators here, even if it is on youtube. The rest of these are safe enough I think due to odd skin tones, shadows, and hair blocking parts of the body.

I suppose the castlevania games also count? Symphony of the Night has lots of enemies that are either topless or fully naked. The Une, Shades, those huntress enemies that you only see in suiluette, several back ground statues depict nude or partially nude women, then there is that Succubus boss fight that Koji confirmed as being naked in the chest and from the waist down.
