Trump "overhauls campaign team," adds two new campaign managers

Trump is a proven job creator. He has created the job of, "Emergency Campaign Un-Fucker" numerous times. I think the distortion field of his rallies have corrupted his brain. He genuinely seems to think that his rallies represent american voters and doesn't understand why when he says things on stage and people cheer, why that doesn't translate to surging poll numbers. He wants to double down and get as many hits of that drug as possible. He knows these people will follow him off a cliff and will count on them to buttress his new media empire with Ailes once he loses the election by a landslide. Not that Trump even remotely had a filter before this, but I expect him now to say more insane shit every week, but this time not even pretend to acknowledge what he said was out of line. He doesn't want to bring new voters in, he wants to expand his distortion bubble out.

This seems like a move to distance themselves from Manafort. There's probably more to that story about money from Ukraine or whatever it was.

And you'd likely be correct.

Manafort is about to become poisonous to the public I'd wager.

Maybe I am just being paranoid but I can't help but feel something really sinister is going to go down here.

You're not the only one. Up to this point, I've been relishing in the slow destrcuction of Trump's campaign. But now, seeing him assemble his legion of doom, I'm feeling uneasy too. And it's not about his campaign, because his ass is already grass. It's about how many more loons he can assemble before the year is over. And considering the fact that Trumpy dump, along with his cohorts, have been vaguely suggesting riots, assassinations and other terrible things to the other side, I just don't wanna know what might happen.

In my heart of hearts I would hope that the majority of conservative-leaning Americans do not get their news exclusively from Fox News and it's ilk, but who knows considering the liberal-bias of reality...

They do though. They might check out CNN but call everything a liberal bias if it speaks I'll of something conservative. Right wing am radio and right wing fox news and right wing online "journalism" is where these people get their news berceuse they want to hear things they already believe in.

Charlie Sykesm a conservative Never Trump radio host/pundit, had this to say to Oliver Darcy.

Unfortunately for Sykes and America there is no going back.

If we thought Fox News was bad... The idea of a TNN with Trump, Bannon and Aisle at the helm is fucking terrifying for the country tbh.

I kind of like it, actually. Concentrate all the cancer in the ass-end of American media, let FOX News, no longer moored to this poisonous ideology, drift back toward the center and become a "conservative, but not Tea Party fuck-up conservative" network.

Most of the Olds and Rural Republicans will stick with FOX News at this point. If they become more centrist in response to a rise of "TNN" extremism, so goes most of the "Passive Republican" electorate.

This is beautiful/scary. Real shades of that scene from Game Change where McCain is taken aback when the heightened rhetoric he employees late into the campaign comes back to bite him in the form of hysteria from his base.

I'll never forgive Manafort from denying Trump his dream ticket of Trump/Newt. So much missed opportunities for comedy.
Makes me wonder what the chances are of Trump now dropping Pence and picking someone he really wants.

The Nashville Network is spinning in its Grand Ole Opry.

Guess he'll have to go with Trump International Television.

This is a wonderful sight to see. Trump has decided if he is going to go down, he's going to go down his way. But I still think he believes he can win it with the right people.

As bad as Trump has been for the country maybe it's ultimately for the best. Bringing the racism in people out to the open makes it easier to call it out and make people reflect. People were content being closet racists or even thinking their thoughts weren't even racist because they didn't use the N word or what have you. I think once Trump falls hard, it's going to be for the best as the Republican party will have no choice but to shift and they have truly been a blight on minorities in this country for decades.

So let's see.
Current Campaign "CEO" is Breitbart chairman.
Campaign manager is a pollster, also with zero campaign management experience.

Then there's Paul Манафорт. With his various past work helping pro-Russian parties.

And before that we had Corey. Charged with simple battery for manhandling, somewhat ironically, a Breitbart reporter.

EDIT: Oh I forgot. Debate prep will be led by Roger Ailes serial sexual harasser.

Come on Trump go even further....bring Alex Jones on board. If we're gonna go full bore batshit insane, let's take it to the max lol.

Dude says he can run the country based on picking the right people for the right jobs and he can't even pick his own campaign team

Please dump You Can't Always Get What You Want and start playing Crazy Train at the rallies.

Komm Susser Todd needs to be played at this election night rally.

Edit: will he attend an election night rally? Or will his "concession" be streamed from his penthouse?

Bannon is basically evil according to several conservatives on Twitter that have worked with him and know him.

Even Ben Shapiro, for all of his foibles, thinks he's a scumbag and should be feared.

Can you see Trump as President? Every time something doesn't go well he'll just change his cabinet. 😀

Perfect news to wake up to.

I hate to admit it but it's become a sort of past time to read fresh daily news of how Trump has yet again put his foot in his mouth.

If this means more of those then yes please!!

I wonder if he disappears from the limelight after the election, how bad is the withdrawal going to be?

I'm guessing it'll be pretty bad.

Trump is quite literally an Alt-Right candidate now. Crazy.

Alt-right nothing. He is the right. He was voted in by Republicans and the vast majority of Republicans still support him. Trump is the Republican party, the only difference is that he's unfiltered. He brought the bull horn instead of the dog whistle.

If Trump wanted a populism movement maybe he shouldn't have filled his economic policy team with billionaire finance moguls who want to deregulate the banks, exploit uninformed middle-class investors/homeowners and make 2008 happen all over again. Then again, maybe Trump is counting on his base not seeing that all that, despite how transparent it is.

We've already started.

During an interview aired on “Fox and Friends” Wednesday morning, Trump was asked whether he “trust intelligence.”

“Not so much from the people that have been doing it for our country,” Trump responded. “I mean, look what’s happened over the last ten years. … It’s been catastrophic.
“Very easy to use them, but I won't use them because they’ve made such bad decisions,” he added, pointing to apparent intelligence failures ahead of the U.S.’s 2003 invasion of Iraq. At the time, George W. Bush administration officials appeared convinced that Saddam Hussein’s government was creating weapons of mass destruction, though that was not the case.

This better end up in a double digit blowout a'la '64. If it's not some other guy who isn't a complete fucking moron tries this shtick in 2020.

So when Trump loses in November, and the Dems possibly take both the House and the Senate, and Hillary nominates her Justices, how on earth will the conservative media/radio hosts survive the implosion?

We thought the last 8 years of buildup was bad. Imagine another 8.

For the right wing media it's good when the dems have power. They get to talk shit about them and their base becomes more scared and tunes in more
