I completely forgot this bit from the teaser.
This doesn't look like Dougie does it ?
Also, thanks to a gaffer who attended the shooting, there is a gigantic, enormous spoiler, don't read if you don't want to know.
MAJOR SPOILER :
He is standing next to "Laura", or rather, Sheryl Lee.

CLOSE THE THREAD!!
It's a spoiler that's been around for ages, to be fair (including in this thread). But still, don't click on it.
[...]
MAJOR SPOILER :
see post above
Sounds more like a person being pissed that someone just barged into their home without announcing it first.Curious what Part 16's title/quote is alluding to: "No knock, no doorbell".
Instructions for a hit on Dougie perhaps?

So are have any of you lot considered attending the fest at any point?
But guess what? Madchen Amick just turned up, playing a character called... Janie Jones. No fucking way.
I'm watching The Elephant Man for the first time in probably 10 years and there's a character named Sunny Jim! :O
I don't think it means anything. >_>
I mean, to me this is what the show is building up to and I'd be a bit disappointed if it didn't. "The one leading to the many" returns.

First thing I thought of was the "red door" of Dougie's home, referenced in the latest episode.
Can you explain this? Can't remember if there was something off about the red door when Dougie initially came home.
Kind of scratching my head at those theories of people having completely different bodies and actors like Annie and Jeffries... like stop please.
I wonder if the drug Red sells is connected to those nasty girls getting infections.
So are have any of you lot considered attending the fest at any point?
I can highly recommend it if you can get tickets. I know we've got at least one other fest goer in this thread, but trust me when I say it's an amazing time.
I'll be posting pictures over the next week or so from Washington state, presuming that everyone in here is cool with that and no one wants to be a wing wang about it. And yes, I'm still chuckling to myself about how that term apparently upset someone.
I just meant that when I read the subtitle, I imagined it has something to do with Dougie due to the red door being mentioned a few times. I don't think there was anything off about it. Although IIRC didn't an owl fly over the house the first time it was shown? And whenever I hear red door, I think red room. Who knows.

Also, this reminds me of the time I watched The Elephant Man:
They don't take place in the same universe
Gotcha. Yeah not sure if the owl mention means anything or just a sort of fan service nod.
I just rewatched the scene and I'm convinced that it means the Lodge spirits are looking after him, one way or another. The same way MIKE tries to guide him towards certain places. Maybe it's The Giant (or someone else) keeping tabs on him? Don't quite remember how the whole "the owls are not what they seem" thing worked in seasons 1/2.
Just the way it immediately caught Dougie's attention and the brief foreboding music that plays, it's gotta be there for a reason.

I'm not saying I think Jeffries is in a different body, I mean I think Red is posing as Jeffries to run the act of getting rid of Mr. C and was working with Darya & Ray.

From reddit, someone claims they ordered a cutout of Cooper from the Showtime site and got this instead:
lol. The product in question they ordered was supposed to be...
Is Lynch trolling the product pages too
I think its unsettling that you were masturbating to Audrey Horne/Twin Peaks alreay when you were 11/12 years old. And to assume that everyman per definition liked her. When Lara Flynn and Madgen Amick at least were even same or more attractive
Where did you get that?
Laura is still best TP girl.
Jokes aside Sheryl Lee is ridiculously gorgeous.
I had such an urge to kill her
The horne was pissing me off so much in such an uncontrollable way
Part 14 is very reminiscent of the scribbled script that was captured from the art of life David Lynch documentary
I think it's unsettling that you came to that conclusion.I think its unsettling that you were masturbating to Audrey Horne/Twin Peaks alreay when you were 11/12 years old. That fucking girl in the car moment was so nightmarish.
My gf was looking at her phone (typical) while we were watching and I started stressing as the girl emerged from the shadows of the seat.
Did you cry, SomTervo? Did you?
Time for a new gf, SomTervo.
It's really hard to say. We see Candie twice before she starts acting weird. First time is leaning against the wall in the security room at the casino when the floor manager is getting tuned up by the Mitchums for letting Mr. Jackpots take them for $400K and she's kind of out of it there too, but in a way similar to the other girls. Second time she's swinging for the fly and she seems totally fine, but she doesn't say or do much so it's not totally definitive, at least not in my mind.
Holy shit.....I just had a thought
What if Johnny is like Dougie? What if someone is trapped inside Johnny like Dale Cooper is trapped inside Dougie???
When Lara Flynn and Madgen Amick at least were even same or more attractive
For the record Audrey was my personal favourite...
Since we're on the subject of inappropriate mast--err, of our favorite women of Twin Peaks, can I just say that Madchen is looking better to me this season than in the original run?
Laura is still best TP girl.
It's an embarrassment of riches, really. You've got Audrey, Shelley, Donna and Laura, but you also had Norma, Josie, and Annie. And Lynch continues to pile it on with Janey-E, Tammy and Sandie, Mandie and especially Candie.
