Disable auto frame skip and enable audio sync. (Might work with a lower version not too sure).

And you need to use VBA-M svn 1030c or later - ensuring that you are not using DirectSound 8.

Otherwise use higan. or NO$GBA (Higan uses NO$GBA's core anyways).

Stream is working fine for me. I think a lot of you are just being impacted by the lag caused by 30,000 viewers. The other GBA games worked fine, but they only usually had 3,000 viewers (and an accompanying smaller number of chat messages and input commands).
