Losing Bubblebeam will not be an issue until Norman, since we can sweep Flannery easily with Rollout.

However the potential long term problem we could face eventually is that with our current team, only Azumarill can learn Surf, Dive, Waterfall, and Strength. Unless we manage to evolve either Poochyena or Wingull, we'll have to use the move deleter or the PC.

Edit : Don't teach Strength until we get the 4th badge, we won't need it until later on and the risk of overwriting Rollout is too big.
