I just think the extended time off can be a good for a guy in Nogueira's position. If he can get the fight to the ground, he'll sub Schaub no problem. If he stands, well....fuck.

Yeah. The thing that worries me is he said he rushed his rehab/camp by a few months so he could fight on the Rio card in front of friends and family for the first time. Sounds like a recipe for it being the last time for anybody. I'll be rooting for him.

Yeah if the UFC goes back to Brazil, Curitiba is where they should do a show, not Manaus. Manaus is way too isolated from all the other major cities from what I have gathered.

I have a feeling Shogun's gonna get decisioned by Forrest. That's one huge man for Shogun to handle after the Jones fight and I don't see him finishing him, so Forrest will grind him like he did with Franklin.

Andy is probably going to make his fight look easy, I doubt he's going to fuck around Maia style so it'll be over fast.

And my third pick would be Schaub getting another win over a past their prime fighter. What a legend killer...
 
even though i am a huge okami fan and don't like silva, i realistically don't think okami can pull it off. but, if he did...mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.

I want to bet too. But every time I research a site you I find tons of complaints with sites refusing or reluctant to pay out winnings, and add fees not listed.

This. At least it's not Frank Mir. I also want Silva to lose just for shits and giggles, but he probably won't. Then again, this is mma. Anything can happen. Did you think Silva was gonna pull off that triangle late in the fifth round against Sonnen? Moments like those is why I love this sport.
 
I like Rogan and will miss him for this one, but Ken-Flo's commentary is pretty legit. I just wish it was Kenny & Rogs rather than Kenny & Goldberg.
 
Silva is an easy bet, but I want all the Brazillians to lose just for sheer troll power and to hear some more shit from Chael Sonnen.

I just don't think it's realistic.

Brazilians will get trolled by Schaub and most likely Griffin (unless Griffin has been light on the training recently due to the new wife, which was the same situation Shogun was in last time). Let them have one.

Yeah. As much as I wish for Silva to get Chonan'd again, it's not going to happen. Silva is an MMA machine. Okami would have to dig deep to put him away.

Where the hell did he say that? He smokes pot all the time whether hes doing fear factor or not. I've heard him just say how crazy of an experience it was and I never heard complaints.

Manaus is actually where a lot of Jungle Fight events take place, a lot of tradition in that area.

Shogun looks great too.. He had a bit of a gut when fighting Machida the 2nd time and against Bones but not now. I am quite a bit more confident in Shogun now. Not as much love for him though, probably because he's from Curitiba or something. I noticed some jeers for Silva, apparently for his support of the Corinthians futbol team as well.
