I'm no expert, but he has his guard hand down, his balancing hand awkwardly pawing in front of him instead of thrown behind for extra force and he looks perhaps a little too bent over at the waist. It was a good kick, but the only reason it finished the fight was because Condit's knee (on his tattooed leg, the one not being kicked) was already blown out from the takedown.

Him landing on the right leg after his left was kicked looked a bit awkward to, no pain shown in his face either till he lands on the right leg and tries to spin

He definitely hurt it on the takedown. I saw it as it happened. He tried to gut it out somehow (tough sob). That kick made it so he had to put all his weight back down on that knee. It was over once that happened.
