You don't give the advantage back to someone who just did a foul, but more than that, you just don't start it back on the feet because it doesn't make sense. Why would Pena lose her advantage position in that situation? Give a warning and time to recuperate, if not a point deduction, but also start the fight back in the same damn position it was.
