its completely separate. it is reservation for collect and you pay in store once its ready for collection.

Happens to me too - even at 2pm. THEN it is with the courier - and delivered up to 10pm

Don't give up just yet, I was on that stage for hours until out of nowhere I got an email saying it was out for delivery.

You might just get an email later and your PS5 in the evening.
